Ade's POV
I waited only for three seconds before I ran after Beta Kent. I knew he had gone after Delvin. I didn't know why Delvin didn't seem to like Amethyst but intended to find out. And to find out, I had to go after both of them.
I quickly excused myself from Amethyst and ran upstairs after them. I heard the banging of the door of the room I used with Delvin and I cringed at the sound. I saw Beta Kent open the door carefully and go inside.
I guess out of fear of Delvin's anger, Beta Kent left the door open. I walked up to the door but I didn't go inside.
