“Tate, why would the Commandant travel without his Beta and other trainees as promised?” Tristan asked as we sat on the field, relaxing after the morning training, one week after we returned from Double Moon.
“I told you that Beta Kent found his mate when we went to Double Moon. It is possible that the Commandant doesn't want to interrupt his Beta's honeymoon,” I said, shrugging as if I didn't care, but inside, I was boiling with concern.
