This morning is a disaster. I woke up to Katy wanting us to eat from the grand breakfast buffet. She has never had breakfast in the magical realm, and I didn’t want to steal this way from her. So I took her to the breakfast area—only to be slapped in the face by the fact this place is racist towards demons. I’ve been degraded to a pet!
Demons aren’t allowed to eat among the other guests, and it wouldn’t matter if I shape-shifted into a human—they would know it was me by my scent. And going to another place is out of the question since I don’t have any more magical coins.
This is the best place to get our stomach filled and… I want Katy to be happy, and she seems to enjoy herself. Me, on the other hand? I’m suffering, and so far, three brave kids have dared to pet me.
