Tonight I'm cooking dinner for everyone, and Sky is my helper. We are standing inside his grand kitchen right now.
"Oh, Sky! You're making it harder than it needs to be with your cutting technique!" I point out to Sky.
"I'm making it harder?" He asks.
"Yes!"
My proud mate doesn't seem convinced. "Really?"
"Uh-huh!" I say and step closer to Sky, ready to assist him. He stares at me, slightly surprised, when I place my hand over his bigger one to guide him. "Here, let me show you how it's done. Move your fingers like this, and hold your arms closer to your sides... yes... like that."
Sky watches me as I help him encircle his fingers around the knife and then show him how to cut the onion. He is a quick learner, and I smile up at him. "See, much easier, isn't it?"
"I guess..."
