My eyes are locked on the bow as I try to make sense of Artemis’s question. Is Sky really growing darker? Artemis is insinuating that, and I can’t tell if she is being honest or just trying to manipulate me. Her tone makes it seem as if she isn’t lying, but I can’t claim that I’ve noticed Sky becoming less like himself.
Sky is definitely growing stronger. That part is true and can’t be denied, but my mate doesn’t treat me or those around him any differently. If anything, Sky is acting more friendly and huggable now than he did before.
He isn’t evil, nor do I think he will become evil. Artemis doesn’t know what she is talking about, so I shouldn’t take the bow.
