"Push...Push my Queen.Your almost there."said the midwife
The Queen of Helmwich, Abigail Grimm was in the ultimate pains of labour but in a very critical time when the kingdom was at war with another. The king, Lord Levy Grimm was in the field of war slicing, chopping and cutting enemy soldiers with no mercy when news reached him that his wife had bore him a son.
"My Lord."came a soldier "It's the Queen, she has bore you a son."
Lord Grimm looked at the soldier in awe as though he couldn't believe the news. After the war from which they had emerged victorious, he ran fast to his room to see his new born son without even thinking of changing the armor.
He stood there in the doorway in immese awe looking at his wife Lady Abigail holding a young baby boy wrapped in a white cloth lying on the same bed where they had made love. He walked closer to her with a huge smile beaming ear to ear.
"Am I seeing things or is that...my son." said the king in a lot of happiness and still in his blood-stained armor.
However, the king didn't have a clue that his wife had had twins and only the midwife and the queen knew about it.
"My son shall be named Wales Grimm and he will be the best fighter, leader and the most fearless being in the whole land of Noxus. He will be brave, loyal and just for he is the future king of Helmwich."proclaimed Lord Levy Grimm in a mighty voice.
" Long live the King and Queen and may the gods fulfill his words."shouted his men and the servants.
" Call me General Sandra. We have to organize for the party."commanded the king.
" Sorry my king but the General is...dead" said one of the soldiers.
" Many come and go, we shall give her a honourable death as all knights deserve."proclaimed the king.

When the king moved out with the men and servants to prepare a grand banquet as a celebration for their glory in battle and for the next heir to the throne, the Queen summoned back the midwife who hurriedly came to the Queen's room but secretly such that no one had to notice
her but a shadowy figure saw her enter and it remained there emotionlessly waiting.
"Where is the boy?" asked the Queen in a serious tone to the midwife who was now trembling with fear.
"In... my quarters... ma'am." replied the midwife in the most scared tone of her voice.
"WHAT!!!" exclaimed Lady Abigail "Are you mad? What if he's found? Do you know what the king would do to us and mainly...YOU? Bring the boy and we...I mean, I will find something to do with him."said the queen with an evil grin on her face.
The midwife ran out from the Queen's room past the shadowy figure without her noticing it's presence. The figure saw her and it followed her unnoticeably to her quarters.
The midwife entered her room behind the castle. A small stony single room with hay laid on the ground as a carpet to create warmth as the ground floor tended to get cold sometimes. There was a small wooden bed with a thin mattress and blanket and on that bed was the young newborn baby.
"The Queen is crazy. She might kill the poor thing. She gave one look and said she didn't want you. What a pity, my dear."said the midwife as she carried the young boy from the wooden and miserable bed but little did she know that someone was watching and listening to everything.
The figure groaned angrily and shook the head in a pitiful manner.
‘I have to save the poor thing.’ thought the mysterious figure.
When the midwife moved out of her quarters back to the Queen's room, the figure followed her unnoticeably again until she entered Lady Abigail's room. The figure stood at the same spot where it had been before but when the midwife entered,it moved closer at a distance where it could hear everything that was being spoken inside.
"I...have the boy my Lady." said the midwife as she knelt and raised the boy towards the queen.
The Queen let out her hands and carried the boy towards herself. She looked at him with a look of disgust on her face as if he wasn't her son.
"Your going to do for me one simple thing." said Lady Abigail.
"What is it my Queen?" asked the midwife.
"KILL HIM." she ordered"And make sure no one finds the body."
"But my Queen, why an innocent child." pleaded the midwife.
"That's not my child." she announced"Now go take him away."
The midwife moved out of the room with a lot of sadness on her face carrying the boy that was now considered bastard. The mysterious figure saw everything and heard all that was happening and so he followed the midwife up to the cliffs.
"Am sorry." cried the midwife"May the gods forgive me." she added on as she held the crying newborn at the edge of the cliffs.
"STOP!!" came aloud voice from behind her" Don't throw the boy. Don't take an innocent life away."
The midwife turned slowly and scarily to see who was talking to her. There a few paces away was someone in a black cloak with the hood covering the head so that you could only see the chin.
" Who are you?"asked the midwife tremblingly.
The figure slowly removed the hood and it was non other than General Sandra Amar of the Helmwich army. She looked at the midwife with her golden eyes and then at the young boy. She let out her hands towards the midwife signalling her to give her the boy.
"But...the Queen, she will kill me if she found out that I didn't kill the boy."
"She won't take your life, for that I promise and you also won't see me again."
"What do you mean?"
"Am heading to the North, to the Plains of Amur. None shall know that I have gone to the North for the King himself knows that I am dead. For that reason, give me the boy instead of killing him,I will raise him as my own son and I will forbid him from ever returning to this kingdom."
The words of the General touched the midwife's heart and she decided to hand over the boy.
" Here, have him."said the midwife" And may the gods forgive me."she added and then took a couple of steps backwards and she threw herself down to the end of the cliffs.
The General held the crying newborn tightly and she headed down the cliffs to see the remains of the midwife. She found her body in a pool of blood with her head cracked open like a nutshell and her legs facing opposite directions.
She dug a hole right beside her and she buried her there. She then carried the young newborn baby boy and she started her journey to the North.
