In a dark space, a young boy was lying on pure blue water straight and still.
His eyes were filled with tears and his arm was bleeding heavily coloring the blue clear water into dark red blood.
The vile blood was sensed in the air making the heavy and hard to breathe.
He opened his eyes asking in pain,
"Why am I here? Why am I always floating in this blue water? It's always the same place I appear in the dark.... what is this void?"
His eyes stared at the dark atmosphere above him and the far-running blue water as far as the eyes could see.
He lay there still when the paddle touched his left cheek.
It seemed as thou someone was there.
Just as the boy turned in the paddle's direction, his heart skipped a beat to find a huge black figure lifting a high and sharp sword. Before the boy could even feel his next heartbeat, the knife shifted down straight at him on his chest and cut open....
"AAAAAAAA!" screamed the same boy, sitting up in his seat.
Catching up his breath, exhaling and inhaling in terror, the boy was soaked in sweat that covered him within 1/2 seconds of his waking. His breathing trembled with each breath.
" Hey! Are you alright?" asked a man in worries sitting beside him as he himself got a shock from the boy's screaming.
"Yeah" nodded the young boy as he exhaled his breath and then sighed with a light smile "Thanks for your concern. I am fine, it's okay".
He sat back took his seat and sighed again.
But, his mate wasn't pleased by the boy's recent action "It must be a nightmare, right?" he asked.
"Sorry?" surprised the boy who was around age 20.
"To be honest, I have come across many people and also youngsters who fell into nightmares." continued the man looking at him. He added that nowadays period in abnormal times, youngsters are having a lot of trouble when taking asleep.
They are often disturbed by nightmares. It has become a strange case in every medical department.
The boy was surprised by hearing this when the man included that perhaps, you must be affected too by this strange phenomenon.
"May I know what you work sir?" asked the boy curious wondering how does he know all this.
"Call me Rain" introduced the man by presenting his hand "I am a psychologist and I work in my own department".
The boy smiled shaking his hand and answering "My name is Allison. Allison Crode and I am heading out on my new job. Nice to meet you" introduced the boy himself.
The man nodded with a grin.
Separating the hands, Allison turned to the window staring at the red sky "It's still day?" replied the boy viewing the colour "and will soon turn purple".
"For that, there's a lot of time" leaned back the man on his seat.
"Huh? What do you mean?" asked Allison.
"You can relax for now. Take it easy and have some rest. It is still mid-day." he replied with a smile

After the apocalypse that destroyed the world several years ago, the sky that we knew, wide blue displaying the reflection of the blue sea no longer existed.
It would change to red and then followed by dark purple.
From this change, mankind could only convert it to their daily routines.
Aye, a red sky with a visible orange ball would present the day and purple the night.
Not to mention, there was no sign of the satellite of teh earth called the moon.
Some way or the other 12 am and 12 pm HAD to keep ticking.
On the other hand as an advantage, time was the only thing with mankind that came along from before the apocalypse till today.
They used this to keep themselves available with time.

As the sky was still red, a train traveling from one place to another city at 1200km per hour speed on a journey of six hours a day.
360 passengers were boarding this train heading to their destination in the hope of different goals. Allison and Rain were also seated in this journey, silent after having a short chat.
Lost in his thoughts Allison said inwards "What a horrible nightmare. Every time I shut my eyes to fall for a nap, my vision greets me into that river.... it's getting hard to sleep have rest by this" he sighed leaning on his seat and covering his eyes with his left hand as he was a just a single armed boy,
"to come to think about these facts on science saying that when a person sees himself has been struck to death that means something bad is about to take place soon. Be cautious.....".
Lowering his head on the arm of the seat, he wondered whether to believe such sentences or not.
Could this be a warning or just superstition sentence built by someone uneducated to fool around?
Allison wasn't sure about it.
"Hey boy" called the man.
"Yes," he hoped up replying.
The smiled asking "Say, are you alright? I mean...." the man hesitated to ask thinking the boy might get disturbed "..... mm don't take it in a worried way but, you are one-armed...... just the left one and that also in such a young age. Are you managing it well?"
"Oh!" understood the boy lifting his left hand and then turning to his right side "I am fine, thank you for worrying however, I am used to it. I know it looks weird but, I have this control".
The man nodded as a simple way to agree with the boy's words.
Just for thirty more minutes, the travel went as a peaceful journey, once the clock ticked 6:31 suddenly, the whole running train began to vibrate frightening the entire passengers.
The glasses, chairs, windows even the doors seemed fearsome to break off.
Everyone panicked holding themselves, screaming and shouting.
Some parents held on to their kids and some caught grip on the chairs.
The train was still running as it was shaking and its wheels were the only support to hold onto the track.
The train went quaking, the lights started to blink making everyone unable to catch the view of the surroundings.
"What's going on?!" asked Allison holding onto the seat's arm.
"No idea!" answered the man puzzled "It's getting difficult to understand".
The speaker spoke to the passengers "Pa.... passengers.... please.. calm down...... we are trying to......." the signal got cut off, frightening the atmosphere more.
People wanted to run but, the quake didn't let them move.
Something horrible was about to take place making the peaceful journey into the worse of all.
