KNIGHTS OF LAZARD(Rise with dark hour)

Traveling through the dim light forest where darkness was playing as a standing poll after three to six trees in between them, both Allison and Rade continued their path on a road till it changed into a muddy track. Thou, it was a dark surrounding, the red light from the sky reflected into the forest just like any normal sunlight would present during the early green forest era that lighted the was throughout the day. With these aiding lights, the forest wasn`t getting over blinded in darkness, still staying dim.

While pacing behind Rade, suddenly Allison stopped near bushes rustling, pausing his steps and looking at it. "What`s wrong?" asked Rade stopping and looking back.

"Something`s here." He replied. The bushes move and out there came a mall creature on the light circle. "A baby Kitten!" shocked Allison. A small kitten with a mix of black and white stood in front of the boy between the two males with no idea where it was standing just looking around.

"Meow....meow.." purred the cat, looking at Allison. Suddenly, the sentence of Rade`s explanation hit his mind and he exclaimed,

"Now I get what you mentioned. That place where the street animals exchanged is right here, yeah? "

Rade smiled nodding, saying inwards "He fit it well... What a quick learner"

"This forest..." continued the boy looking up at the marvelous trees, "This forest belongs to the Knights of Lazard, right? We are almost there. I thought we had to cross this place till the end to meet up with the base."

"No...no..." laughed Rade, "SORRY I didn`t make myself clear. You got the point, right. We are approaching. Let us hurry up. Aren`t you getting excited?"

"Yes," replied the boy in excitement. But, first, he left the bike in the stand, offing the auto-dive system, walked near the kitten, sitting in squatting, and said, " Hey ya, little buddy. Where are you going? Where are your parents?"

"Meow..." replied the Kitten.

He smiled, stretched his hand towards the lower angle to stroke it from its head when Rade interrupted, "I wouldn't do that if I were in your shoes.."

"Huh...? But, why?"

The white-haired man smiled, pointing back at the motorcycle. When the boy turned, he got shocked to see a big cat standing on the seat. "AH!' puzzled the boy asking since when did it get there? He quickly moved away, letting the big mother cat hop off his bike and it walked towards her kitten. The kitten jumped on its mother`s neck, hanging and playing, cheered up to find its mama. "It`s a family here...huh." said Allison looking at them growing sad "How lucky they`re.."

This view felt the boy`s heart feel heavy when he was watching these two creatures. Unlike the baby kitten which seems a normal cat, the mother cat had an unpleasant look. It was in a bad shape. One eye available on the left, the right wasn`t there. Just a hollow with a long open wound that appeared as a scar from its right eyes, rising towards its ear that was dividing into two. Its mouth was half open and half-closed as though it was broken. Its color was a mixture of red, purple, green, and white appearing with no sense of shape or beauty on it. She didn`t have a good leg to hold her stand for long.

Whoever would see this shapeless, horrible-looking creature would kick her away, hit her with stones, or try to kill her, hating her bad appearance however, inside this dim forest, she felt 100 percent safe by which means she chose to live here. Even though, she could be the ugliest cat in the world but, to her kitten who was still playing around her as she licked it, she was the most beautiful mother in its eyes.

"What happened to her shape?" asked Allison looking at her.

"Due to the apocalypse that took place on our earth, many animals lost their shapes, turning into non-looking creatures. The same goes for her. But, the case in the kitten is different. It didn`t turn out to be a reflection of its mother...That`s strange.." replied Rade with a question mark.

"It`s possible due to the washing the Lazard acted did to the animals that the next generating might be taking the effect and returning to normal. It could be a gate to the new age," said Allison.

"Yeah, I get you but, the question remains will they be suited to the atmosphere? What did the harmful surroundings didn`t gives them a chance to live for the new era? There could be some sort of danger behind this. The Animals are taking a good turn however, is it possible to processed" added Rade.

Looking at two families, Allison`s smile faded saying inwards, " Better than my case at least, Even though the mother isn`t in good shape or looks still she`s there for her child and the baby loved her."

"Let`s move out!" called Rade, "you can pass by with your bike. They won`t mind or leave." He added in short that it was common here for Knights to exit and enter the forest with their vehicles, all creatures were used to this way, share their track... With Allison`s eyes hidden under his hairs, Allison took his bike and followed on, passing from the side of the two creatures.

As they continued walking distance from each other, Rade leading the way, their silence was odd, only their footsteps were heard that was squeaking throughout their steps. "TWEET...TWEET"

"OH! Did you hear that bird!" There was no reply to Rade. For a while, no one spoke anything, A warm wind blew through the forest.

"Rade.." spoke up Allison breaking the silence, "Why is it this way?"

"What do you mean?" he questioned back.

If Knights of Lazard are trying that hard and giving on everything they have then why? Why are they insulted that way? I heard what happened during the arrival at the station and then the threat that you mentioned about? Then can`t people see all the effort? Can`t they see if it wasn`t due to them, this city here won`t have given a chance to stand for the people who wish to stand back on their feet? Why aren`t they appreciating their hard works? Why are they taking the blindside rather than looking deeper? What`s wrong with them all? Can`t they least support them with their voices? Support them so they can help humanity stand?. Allison stopped, tightening the grip on the bike.

Rade paused by hearing all this however, he was still smiling. He felt something strange by the boy`s simple words just like any civilian would say but, was kind of an unexpected one. "Allison.." he turned back to him replying, "I truly appreciate what you have noticed and praise what you think however, I can't explain, argue or discuss this matter with a person who is still a newbie on our side. There is a slot to see, a hundred kinds of stuff to learn, and thousand unexplained rivers to dive. It`s not simple. It`s never that simple. Once when you experience staffs around you, you will release and get replies by yourself."

Remember Allison here the sentence goes: You have lots of questions to be solved however, you can`t learn what others are going through unless you will be a part of it...
