Ika Apatnapu’t Siyam- Dance

“I don’t understand, bakit di ka nalang sa condo ko? There are three rooms in my condo Kuya!” Nakasimangot kong sabi habang tinutulungan sya mag unpack ng gamit nya. He arrived an hour ago, it was me, Azalea, and Reed who picked him up at the airport. Dumiretso kami sa Condo ni Kuya Yvo na hindi ginagamit, it is also located at BGC, halos ilang streets away lang kami sa isa’t isa so I don’t get why hindi nalang kami sa iisang condo mag stay!

“Because of Privacy Princess..it is better this way.” he smiled and pinched my cheeks. Napa simangot ako, akala yata nya ako parin yung six years old sister nya na palagi nyang kinukurot ang pisngi! My cheeks aren’t chubby anymore!

“Why do you mean by Privacy? Magkahiwalay tayo ng room! Hindi pa ba sapat na privacy yun?!”

“What Kuya Evans is trying to say is…he needs privacy for his shenanigans! It will be awkward for you to see him making out with different girls every night!” Azalea wrinkled her nose.

Kuya Evans fake a hurt expression.

“Lei! What every night? hindi ba pwedeng every other night naman? grabe ka sakin!” kunwaring nag tatampo na sabi nito pero tinawanan lang ni Azalea.

I rolled my eyes.

“Don’t you have a girlfriend at New York?!” Inis kong tanong.

Kuya Evan paused as if he is thinking.

“I don’t have time for that Princess, I am too busy with our company, I don’t even have time for myself.. This is my first vacation ever since I took over our company, kaya I promise to myself that my MOTTO will be..YOLO!” he winked at me.

“You should really have fun while you are here Kuya! Don’t worry madami akong ipapakilala sayo!” Reed said that made Kuya Evans smile widely, nag high five pa and dalawa at nag tanguan na para bang nag kaintidihan sila without saying anything.

“You should still be careful Kuya! Remember: too much is bad. Ikaw din baka pag uwi mo ng New York di mo alam may Evans Jr ka na dito sa pinas because masyado kang nag YOLO.” pananakot ko sakanya.

I wanted to laugh when I saw his face turn white as paper. He is not fond of kids and has no plan to have one. He told me last time that he is sure that he can be a good uncle but not sure if he can be a good father for he is a busy man.

“Princess don’t say that!”

“That’s what will happen pag di ka nag ingat!”

He sighed and closed his eyes. When he opened his eyes he gave me a gentle look.

“Believe me Princess, it is better for us to stay in different condos.”

Umismid ako. Mukhang hindi ko sya talaga ma convince!

“I just want to be with you kasi for years we have been apart! This is me being clingy to you pero di ka madaan sa lambing.” nag tatampo kong sabi.

Azalea and Reed laughed but did not say anything, instead mukhang nag kasundo ang dalawa na lumabas at bigyan kami ng privacy mag kapatid.

Kuya took a deep breath then he sat beside me at the bed. He reached for my left hand and enveloped it in his hands.

“Princess, you know that I never agreed to our parents when they decided to send you back here in PH right? nor when you decided not to study at New York nor when you pushed to work in Spain. Why? Because I want us to be in the same City where we can meet anytime, where we can hangout or just be together..my point is I love to be with you..and even when we don’t stay in the same condo, we are just streets apart so I am fine with that. Ayoko lang na..makita mo ang mga kalokohan ko dahil baka magalit ka sakin or mawala ang respeto mo sakin..” he said in his more sincere voice and all I can do is to pout.

Hindi na din ako nag pumilit at baka mahadlangan ko lang ang mga plano nyang kasiyahan. He deserved to have fun too, maagang nag seryoso sa buhay si Kuya, he was trained at early stage for he will be the one who’s in charged of handling the company dahil alam nila na wala akong balak na mag work sa company namin.

“Ate Saf!! I am glad nakarating ka! Akala ko di ka na makakasama!” halos mag tatalon kong sabi. Hindi na kasi sya naka sleepover sa condo, and nag sabi sya kaninang umaga na wala ang yaya ni Ezekiel kaya baka di sya makasama!

“Mom arrived, and volunteered to look after Zeke.” she said happily. Even when she already gave birth, Ate Saf’s body is still sexy. She’s so hot in her red litter dress. She looks like a temptress. She’s young, smart and very beautiful and she deserve to meet a guy who will love her sincerely, she deserves to be happy.

“Ohh? I’ll drop by to your place tomorrow then para makita si Aunty!” Excited kong sabi bago sya hinili papunta sa VIP table namin.

The boys are already drinking while kami ni Azalea ay puro kwentuhan palang ang nagagawa. Ilang araw na kami mag kasama pero hindi pa din maubos ang pag kukwentuhan namin.

“Twin! You’re here!” Kuya Rue said.

“Mom’s home.” she answered shortly at tumango naman si Kuya Rue.

“Saf, don’t drink too much okay?” Sabi naman ni Kuya Thyme pero tinaasan lang sya ng kilay ni Ate Saf.

“Shall we order?” Azalea asked us. Tumango ako at sinabi ang inumin na gusto ko matapos ay tumingin ako sa maingay at nag kakasiyahan na paligid. The dance floor is not crowded, even the place itself. Maybe because the entrance and the table itself is expensive. But this is good for us, dahil ayaw namin sa crowded masyado.

An hour passed by and Kuya Rue, Kuya Evans and Reed went to a different table with some girls who approached them.. while Kuya Thyme and Nix are on the dance floor already. It’s just the three of us who’s left at the table with Kuya Yvo and Yckos.

“Let’s dance!” Aya ni Azalea, her face is already red. She looks tipsy.

“Pass, kayo nalang.” Kibit balikat ni Ate Saf.

Bumaling saakin si Azalea na nag beautiful eyes pa.

“Tara na please?” napasinghap ako, medyo nahihilo na din ako, I don’t think if it’s a good idea.

“Hmnnn..I’m already tipsy.” sabi ko at natawa si Azalea.

“The more na we should dance! tara baka may mabingwit tayo at makalimutan mo si Alcantara!” she said and pulled me.

“Azalea” madiin kong tawag sakanya, buti hindi pangalan ang binanggit nya kung hindi baka magtanong sila ate Saf.

“Samahan mo Yckos.” I heard Kuya Yvo said.

“No way kuya! We are going to dance..bakit may bantay pa!” reklamo ni Azalea.

“For protection-“

“Nix and Kuya Thyme are on the dance floor, there’s nothing to worry.” Azalea said before she pulled me. with her, she did not even bother to wait for Kuya Yvo’s reply. Malakas loob dahil nakainom na!

We stopped at the middle of the dance floor, she danced gracefully and sexily and teased me do the same. And maybe because of Alcohol, lumakas ang loob ko. I imitated her dance step, we danced sexily at madaming nag tangka na sayawan kami but we did not give them our attention.

It was when I felt a hand on my tummy and lips on my neck when I froze.

Who the h*ll is this jerk who dared to touch me?!

Mabilis akong lumayo sakanya at humarap..my hand is ready to hit his face but I froze again when I saw who the guy is.
