“Kuya Yvo, I don’t really understand.. you were so protective of us, so why did you let that Greek Guy come near me?!”

Hindi ko na natiis kaya ng makauwi kami ng bahay ay pinuntahan ko si Kuya Yvo sa Villa nila. I will go crazy! Kaninang lunch time na katabi na naman sakin si Silas at inaasar kami ng mga pinsan ko, then nung uwian to my surprised nag abang sya sakin sa tapat ng room ko kaya halos magkagulo ang mga classmates ko na girls. I am also aware na pinag uusapan na kami sa Campus, well of course

Silas North Dimitri is a University Figure plus, I hate to admit it but..he is really one hot guy kaya madaming nagkakagusto sakanya.

So, I decided to drop by Kuya Yvo’s family Villa just to ask why is he letting his friend to court me. Alam ko na alam nya ang ginagawa nito.

Kita ko sa mukha ni Kuya Yvo ang gulat ng makita akong pumasok sa living room nila at yun agad ang binungad ko.

“Cassiopeia” He said before he stood up in front of me. “I know Silas since we were young. He is a good guy.”

“I didn’t say, he’s a bad guy! Pero Kuya-”

“Evan knows him too.” Putol nya sa sinasabi ko. “We preferred someone whom we know well, kesa kung sino sino manligaw saiyo dyan.”Nakangiti nyang sabi.

My lips parted. I am so disappointed.

”That guys is a playboy!”

”Was a playboy.”

”He will just add me to his collection!”

“Believe me, that won’t happen.” Confident nyang sabi.

”Kuya-“

“Go home Cass, rest and take a shower, we will be having an early dinner at Aunty Audrey’s Lanai, our Grandparents wants to eat with all of us, plus Aunt Audrey is here.”

“But Kuya Yvo..”pag tutol ko.

Umiling lang ito at ngumiti, matapos ay hinalikan ako sa noo.

“I promise you, nothing’s bad gonna happen to you. I won’t let it… so please try to be nice to Silas, for my sake. Hmmmnn??”

“ Summy! What do you think should I do?” namomoblema kong tanong. Matapos kong magshower ay saktong tumawag si Summer para mangamusta. So I told her everything again.

“Hmnn..babe maybe you shouldn’t not overthink..malay mo naman, he is really a nice guy, why don’t you give him a chance?” seryoso nitong sabi.

“But..he is weird, I just don’t get him, hindi naman talaga kami close then one day bigla nya kong kakausapin and he would tell me that I’m his, tapos biglang di ako kakausapin then after ilang months magpaparamdam na naman. I don’t really get him.” naiiling kong sabi.

“Babe..just go with the flow!”

“Tss..ang daling sabihin!” I said na ikinatawa nya.

“Ikaw how are you, naka move on ka na ba?” I asked her seriously.

Summer had been in a relationship unlike me na nbsb. 2 years din sila ng ex nya bago sila maghiwalay. I never met the guy tho dahil her relationship with him had been a secret to everyone, ako lang ang nakakaalam being her bestfriend. Pero minabuting wag ipakilala ito ni Summer saakin, para just in case hindi sya madudulas sa magulang ni Summer at mga kapatid. And just in case na mahuli si Summer at least daw wala syang gaanong alam sa guy, at hindi magagalit saakin ang magulang ni Summer.

“I still love him..”malungkot nitong sabi. “But I never regret letting him go, he deserved better.”Malungkot nyang sabi.

“Summy..”

“Hayyy.. Enough about me. Sige na, baka hinihintay ka na sa dinner.. Ciao! Tawag nalang ako bukas! I love you Babe!” halatang pinasigla lang nito ang boses. Hindi na ko nakapag paalam dahil mabilis nitong pinutol ang tawag.

She still loves him.. I know.

Napabuntong hininga, undecided pa rin ako sa gagawin ko kay Silas. I know kahit anong gawin kong iwas sakanya or pagtataboy ay mangungulit parin ito.

“Leigh!” Naputol ang iniisip ko nang biglang pumasok sa room ko si Azalea.

“Uso kumatok!” nakangisi kong sabi pero inirapan lang nya ko.

“Everyone is already in our Lanai! Ikaw nalang wala, and Mom asked me to go here and get you! Kainis andoon naman sila Phoenix bakit ako pa? Masakit nga paa ko eh!” Angal nya. I rolled my eyes, dinampot ko ang phone ko at hinatak na sya palabas ng room ko.

“Arte.” asar ko sakanya na lalo nyang ikinainis.

“Sige lang, asarin mo ko ngayon, mamaya ka sakin.” She said before she smiled evilly.

Napataas ang kilay ko, truth is medyo kinabahan ako, I know Azalea well, once na magbanta ito, tototohanin nya ito.

“Oh ano ka ngayon?” nakangisi nyang sabi, halata nya ang pagkabalisa ko.

I decided to ignore and walk straight to their house. Aunty Audrey’s Villa is next to Uncle Ran’s Villa. Uncle Ran is the father of the triplets.

“Hey Leigh and Lea, tara!” napahinto ako sa pag lalakad ng makita ko si Reed na nakasakay sa Golf Cart. Nakangisi itong nakatingin samin, I can also see that there’s something behind his ngisi!

“Oh thank you! Buti dala mo ang golf cart! Ayokong maglakad pabalik!” Azalea complained.

Grandpa has three golf carts, two of those are three seater while the other one is a ten seater. He bought it as our service here in the hacienda since we have 5 Villas inside the Hacienda and the Villas are not close to one another. Dyahe kung lalakarin lalo galing sa Main Mansion. And Reed brought the three seater.“

“Nasan ba kasi itong Golf Cart kanina, pati yung isa? Kainis I had to walk from our Villa going here!” dagdag na reklamo niya na di namin pinansin ni Reed.

Three minutes on travel lang naman if you will use the Golf Cart, pag nilakad mo aabot ka ng 10 minutes or more. Kaya mabilis kaming dumating sa Villa nila Azalea. Mabilis bumaba ang mga pinsan ko at dumiretso ng Lanai, habang ako ay dahan dahan ang pag lalakad. Umikot kami papuntang likod bahay, pwede naman sa loob kami dumaan pero mas mabilis kung iikot nalang kami papuntang Lanai.

Aunt Audrey’s Lanai is one of the best Lanai that I have ever seen. Since she’s a landscape designer, she made sure that her Villa is really unique. Of all the Villas here in the Hacienda, her Villa is the prettiest. It look as if it came out of the Magazine, it looks so cosy and elegant at the same time, what makes it different is she made her Villa so uniquely, akala mo nasa international resort hotel ka.

Her Villa is made of bricks surrounding yet the walls and even the roof are made of glass and it has a really high ceiling.. In the middle there is a twenty four seater wooden table, if I’m not mistaken she had it special made from one of the best wood craftsmen here in the Philippines. There are fake trees inside as well as plants and boy it looks so real. There’s a big chandelier also in the middle of Lanai.

And there my cousins, grand parents and Aunt Audrey are already waiting for me. Nag mamadalii akong lumapit lalo pa’t nag tama ang pangin namin ni Aunt Audrey, she’s in her early forties and yet she looks so young and stunning.

“Cassiopeia, sweety you look so gorgeous, dalagang dalaga ka na! I just feel bad na we weren’t able to celebrate your 18th birthday! You should have a grand debut!” Aunt Audrey said, bago ako hinalikan sa pisngi. She had been in Australia for a year, because she had a big project that she needs to take care of and we haven’t seen each other for more than a year.

“Aunt A, it’s nice to see you! I missed you! You look young pa rin!” I said na ikinatawa nya.

“I know right?!” she joked before she winked at me that made me giggle.

“I don’t really like a grand debut, I am already happy with our Island hopping with my cousins, besides I asked Mom to donate the supposed budget for my debut in my charities! That would be better than to have a debut, specially you guys are all out of the country so..sayang lang din if may debut ako then di tayo complete.”

“You’re a grown up na sweety, I love how generous you became, Kuya Kyle and Ate Lory must be so proud of you.” She said lovingly.

“Thank you tita.”Masaya kong sabi. I am really happy that I have just donated my party budget in a charity. Masaya na ko sa maliit na salo salo namin sa Villa bukod pa nagging outing namin. My Mom said we will celebrate when they come home, so it is perfect for me.

“Sige na upo ka na, para makakain na tayo.”

“Okay po” I said before I went to my usual place where Azalea is seating.

“Hija, sa kabila ka muna umupo, beside your Kuya Yvo.” Grandma said, na ikinagulat ko. Sa kinauupuan ni Kuya Yvo ay may dalawang bakanteng upuan. Nagtataka akong sumunod kay Grandma.

“Bakit dito Grandma?”

“Hahahhaa”

Mabilis akong napalingon kay Phoenix na tumawa at ng makitang nakatingin ako sakanya ay pinilit nitong takpan ang bibig para itago ang tawa.

“Phoenix.” Saway ni Aunt Audrey.

I was about to ask him what’s his problem when someone spoke that made drop the fork that I am holding.
