Ika Dalawampu’t Isa- Trip

“Do you have everything you need?”

“Yes.”I said in a sleepy voice.

We were supposed to leave Friday 11pm but there was a change of plan. He said that he’s just going to pick me up at Saturday 2:00am.

Silas got my beach bag and I have my sling bag with me.

Without a word he holds my hand as he guided me out of the Mansion. I did not protest because I am really sleepy, and him holding my hand is safer than me walking on my own while feeling so sleepy..I might tripped because of my half closed eyes.

When we reached the front area of the Mansion I tried hard to properly open my eyes and to my surprise instead of his Mazda MX 5 na super agaw pansin, he brought H350 Van na palaging ikinukwneto sakin ni Phoenix dahil super cool daw ang pag papacustomize doon ni Silas.

I find his cars disturbing since nasa Palawan kami and super agaw pansin dito ng mga sasakyan nya. I will understand kung sa Makati or BGC sya nakaira sa Metro Manila, pero hindi.. He is here in Palawan! His cars are too fancy, it’s like he is showing off!

He pulled me towards the van and when he opened the door for me parang biglang nagising ang diwa ko. Not because of how cool the van looks like. Well yes, it is so cool, it has 6 seats only so nagmukha syang maluwag. There is a small table and I think there’s a small fridge plus a bar area. This Van looks as if those you can see in movies kung saan you guys can go to party and you can do the pre-party here.

Seriously bakit ito ang dinala nya? Hindi kami magpaparty, we will go to San Vicente, silly!

He is really rich!

Anyways, the beauty of the Van is not really the reason why i stopped on my Tracks. It was because there were 4 girls inside! Ano ito? Nag invite sya ng puro girls? Tapos gusto nya pa ako isali?

Nakataas ang kilay na napatingin ako sakanya.

Napakibit balikat ito na para bang sinasabing wala syang magagawa. To my annoyance, I pulled my hand from his hold, naiiling na napatalikod ako. I don’t want to go anymore, since madami naman syang kasamang girls, I think di kawalan ang presensya ko.

Tama nga ako, this is not a good idea. I sighed.

“Hey, where are you going? We have to go now.” He said while holding my arm, his brows are furrowed, he looks worried.

I took a deep breath as I calmed myself.

“I don’t know why you asked me to go with you, seems like they can already entertain you.. You don’t need to add me in the list.” Bored kong sabi.

“Cassiopeia-”

“You have the audacity to show me your girls after you told me that you are courting me?” I whispered in a stern voice.

I saw how his lips parted, then after that he shook his head, and he looks as if he is trying to stop himself from smiling then he turned to the girls inside the van without letting my arm go.

“I told you, this is not a good idea. She will really get jealous to see all of you here.” Proud nyang sabi.

Napakunot noo ako at dahan dahan napatingin sa mga babae sa loob ng Van, all of them are smiling as if they are having fun, well all of them except for the girl who is sitting alone in the first seat.

“Well too bad Silas! We want to ride here!” The girl with ombre hair said while laughing.

Napailing si Silas at bumalik ang tingin saakin.

“Girls I want you to meet my girlfriend, Cassiopeia Everleigh, baby meet the girlfriends of my friends..” he said gently.

Hindi ko alam kung saan mag rereact, sa sinabi nyang girlfriend nya ako, or sa pagka pahiya na nararamdam ko ngayon dahil pinag isipan ko na mga babae nya ang nasa Van.

“Omg! Silas is really taken!”

Napalingon ako sa babaeng mukhang kilig na kilig habang pinapalo ang isa pang katabing babae.

“About time!” the other one giggled.

“Let’s see how long will they last tho..” The girl in front said while smirking.

“Sancha!”Halos sabay sabay na sabi nang 3 nyang kasama.

“What? Just telling the truth, Silas always has a new girl, right darling?” she said while smirking at Silas who just clenched his jaw.

“Stop being bitter, Sancha!” The girl at the back said before she rolled her eyes. “The guy has never been yours, so don’t be a b***h, okay?” she said and the other two girls giggled while the girl called Sancha glared at her.

“Sancha, please sit at the back. I’ll sit there with my girl.”

“Silas!”

“Or better yet, go transfer sa Van ng boys?” he said while smirking.

Nanlaki ang mata ni Sancha, matapos ay padabog na lumpit sa likod.

“Don’t mind her Cass, can I call you cass?” the girl with ombre hair said and I just nodded.

“Great! My name is Hya and this girl beside me is Lilienne, while the girl at the back is Maureen.”

“Hello..” I said then I smiled genuinely at them.

Sumakay na kami ng Van ni Silas, I chose to sit besides the window.. Rinig ko ang daldalan ng girls sa likod samantalang pinilit ko naman manahimik nalang.

I thought that this trip is just for the two of us, I am glad na hindi lang kami though, dahil it would be so awkward! Kaya pala okay lang kay Kuya Yvo kasi alam nya na madami kami!

“You can take a nap, this is a two hour ride.” ani Silas na ikinatango ko.

I decided to close my eyes, and sleep since it’s too early and I slept late last night, I put the pillow in between my head and the window before I finally dozed off.

“Wake up, cindy..”

Naalimpungatan ako ng may maramdaman sa aking pisingi. Dahan dahan akong napaupo ng maayos kasabay na realization na ang arm chair sa gitna namin ni Silas ay nakataas na. Not only that, nakasandal pala ako sakanya kasabay ng nakapulupot ang bisig nya sa aking bewang. Naiilang na lumayo ako sakanya.

“You’re cinderella, but why does my kiss made you wake up? You must be sleeping beauty also?” Pigil ang tawa na sabi nya bago uli hinalikan ang pisngi ko.

“Hey!” saway ko sakanya, sabay tulak sa dibdib nya, he then chuckled.

“Let’s go, we decided to have a stop over for our breakfast.”

Napasilip ako sa labas, we are in front of a small restaurant, may iilang mga sasakyan sa paligid na mukhang dito din nag stop over para kumain. Nilingon ko ang likod ko at wala na doon sila Hya siguro ay nauna na silang bumaba. Napabaling ako kay Silas, he is just looking at me. It’s like he is waiting for my next move.

“Tingin ka?!” Suplada kong sabi na ikinangiti nya. Napairap nalang ako habang pababa ng Van.

The Tourists are looking at our Van, agaw pansin naman talaga ito kaya hindi na nakakapag taka.

“Artista ba sila o model?” rinig kong sabi ng isa.

“Model siguro, gwapo girl!” kinikilig na sabi ng isa.

“Hinaan mo boses mo, nakatingin yung gilrfriend.. ganda nya!” ani pa ng isa.

Naiiling na sinuot ko ang shades ko while waiting for Silas.

“Let’s go sleeping beauty?” he whispered in a teasing voice.

“Sure Beast!” nakasmirk kong sabi bago naunang maglakad papunta sa Restaurant.
