I bit my lower lip, staring at the card that was sent to me a few days ago. It had a picture of the grim reaper, riding his dead horse in horrifying glory, ready to the precious lives people try so hard to hold on to.
Of all the cards that could have been sent to me, why this one specifically?
Did this person want me dead? Did they want me to kill someone? It doesn't make sense to me. I, of all people, dislike hurting anyone or anything!
So why give me death?
