Chapter - 3

Solana ran toward the mansion without looking back, carrying her shattered dignity and a fear that seemed as if it would be etched into her heart forever. Meanwhile, Henry was left behind like a lion robbed of its prey. He could feel the intense tension in his jaw. Most of all, he felt a sharp ache in his groin; he wasn't able to find release because of what that woman had done. Even Ana had suddenly run toward the kitchen. He firmly hid his throbbing d**k inside his pants, slowly composed himself, and then violently ran his fingers through his hair to comb it. "You’re a nuisance, Uncle," Henry snapped. "Why do you have to interfere between me and my stepmom?" Roberto took a deep breath, his eyes remaining fixed on Henry. "Don’t play games, Henry. Especially with Sol. She is very different from the women you met in Europe. She has nothing to do with your anger toward your father." Henry let out a sarcastic laugh. He looked up at the sky and then turned back to the lawyer with a look of mockery. "Bullsh*t! Very different? Uncle, don't play me for a fool," Henry said firmly as he stepped closer. "I didn't realize that woman had poisoned your mind, too? Or maybe... the reason you're defending her is that you're sleeping with her, too? Well, uncle. Is Dad's wife good?" A punch landed on Henry's jaw before he could even finish what he was saying. Henry collapsed onto the grass, his lip instantly splitting and staining with blood. "Shut up!" Roberto shouted, his fist trembling from the impact. "You have no respect! That woman was the only person who stayed by your father’s side when you left him to enjoy yourself in Europe! When your father was suffering through his illness, Solana was the one wiping his body, feeding him, and encouraging him without expecting anything in return! But you, his own son—where were you?" Henry wiped the blood from his lip and smirked again. "Nothing in return? Uncle, she planned it all! She got billions! That was the return!" "She got those billions because that is what your father wanted! Because out of everyone in this world, she was the only one who was faithful!" Roberto approached and pointed at Henry’s chest. "Listen to me, Henry. If you continue this beastly behavior toward that woman, you won't just lose shares. You'll lose a Godfather, too. Fix yourself before you are completely consumed by the darkness in your heart." Roberto turned his back on his godson and left him alone under the cold light of the moon. Henry remained standing there, his fists clenched tight. The ache in his groin was gradually being replaced by a much more intense pain; the reality that no matter how much he tried to ruin Solana, there seemed to be a part of him that desperately wanted to claim her.
