4 | The Guy On The Fence

1006 Words
Farrah's POV My eyes searched for Sir Torres, but he wasn't at his desk. He's probably teaching a class now. Lucky them. I thought of him as soon as I saw them since he's strict in disciplining. He gave the most and hardest punishments. He is feared by almost all the students because of how extremely strict he is. I gave a small smile to Ma'am Barja before approaching her. "Sorry to disturb you, Ma'am Barja, but I just saw some students climbing the fence to cut class." I presented the video to the surprised teacher. I waited for it to finish before speaking again. "This bag..." I removed it from my shoulder and handed it to her. "...one of them threw it over the wall, but the force wasn't enough for it to reach the fence." After I told the teacher, she excused me from class to show her where they passed through. I accompanied her to the area and we were startled that we stopped from walking when suddenly, two hands grasped the top of the fence before peeking down! "Delgado!" Ma'am shouted loudly, still in shock. The man flinched a bit then his eyes widened as he spotted us. He was the same tall guy who held the rope earlier. He quickly jumped down to get back outside, which further made Ma'am Barja mad. "DELGADO! IF YOU DON'T COME BACK HERE, I'LL HAVE YOU EXPULLED!" Ma'am shouted angrily. The loudness of her voice made my heart pound in my chest. Ma'am quickly approached the fence, picked up a wooden chair, and placed it against the fence. I furrowed my brow in concern. "Ma'am?" I asked hesitantly. "Farrah, help me out, quick! Get that chair and put it here. I'll take a look." Ma'am ordered softly, trying not to be heard outside "DELGADO! I'M TELLING YOU! I'LL HAVE YOU EXPULLED! I HAVE A VIDEO OF YOU AND YOUR FRIEND CLIMBING OVER THE FENCE!" Ma'am shouted loudly again. I followed Ma'am's orders. I placed the chair on top of a large tree trunk nearby, then climbed up first. I was afraid ma'am barja might fall down so I just climbed up first. Ma'am also approached and helped me climb up. Once I was up, I quickly opened my cellphone and turned on the camera, starting to record a video before peeking over to the other side. I immediately pointed my cellphone's camera at the group of guys. They didn't notice me. They were busy talking in hushed tones, trying not to make a noise. Some of them were pushing each other, as if blaming each other and regretting something. Meanwhile, Delgado was pacing back and forth at the edge, holding his head, looking worried. "Is Jarren still there, Farrah?" Ma'am asked softly. "Yes, ma'am," I whispered back. "Call him," Ma'am ordered. "Hey!" I called out to get their attention. Their eyes widened as they stopped arguing and stared at me. Some of them even took a step back in surprise. I smiled smugly as I waved my cellphone at them, showing the video of them arguing and blaming each other without making a noise earlier. "Got you!" I teased. "DELGADO! COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Ma'am shouted again. Delgado's eyes narrowed in anger but he still did approached the wall. Just as the other guys were about to make a run for it, I shouted. "There are more of them here, ma'am! It's not just Delgado!" I shouted, which caused the two guys in uniform to curse under theie breath and look at each other nervously. Meanwhile, the ones in civilian clothes just continued to run away while laughing at their friends who got busted. The two guys which was my schoolmate gave me a mad look. I took a step back in surprise as Delgado suddenly jumped up near my position and grabbed the dirty railing of the fence. My eyes widened as I stared at his arm, mesmerized by the sight of him lifting himself up. I swallowed hard as his muscles bulged in his arm as he pulled himself up. What a strong arms... My eyes widened in shock when I accidentally took a step back to move away from Delgado and my foot found nothing to step on! "AAAH!" I shouted as I was about to fall down. Afraid of falling backwards onto the floor, I grabbed the nearest thing within my reach, and unintentionally, I ended up pulling Delgado's hair! "AH-AW-ARGH! GET OFF ME!" Delgado shouted as he struggled to balance himself on the railings of the fence, clearly caught off guard by my unintentional grip on his hair. "Help me up so I can get my grip off!" I shouted back as I pulled his hair hard to regain my balance onto the chair. Just in time, I felt Ma'am Barja's hand on my back, steadying me and helping me to stand firmly on my feet. "AAA! Ouch! You ripped my hair out of my head!" Delgado cried out in pain, clutching at the spot where I had pulled his hair. He gently brushed the affected area with his long fingers, wincing in discomfort. I just scoffed at him and thank ma'am barja for helping me before climbing down. She smiled and helped me again. ••• "What have you been up to lately? It seems like you're being always late or absent," I smirked at her. "Just random stuff," She rolled her eyes at me. "You don't tell me things anymore, do you?" she said sulking. I laughed and wrapped my arms around hers. "It was just random students breaking school rules. I just told the teachers about it. It's been happening one after another. I don't know if they're just stupid and careless or if the places I usually go to just happen to be their secret hideouts where they commit their crimes." I shrugged as I said that. "Oh~ That's why teachers don't punish you for being late and even when you're absent." ...
