20. PERCY'S POV. I knew something was wrong the second I walked into the room. The way the guys went quiet—too quiet it sent a cold, sharp feeling sliding down my spine. They stared at me like I’d walked in on a secret. And I had. I just didn’t know it yet. Anyways I had more troubling news to even bother with whatever new schemes they were cooking. My mind was all over the place. I was still too stunned to even start wrapping my head around what I was sent this morning, too flushed I must’ve looked like a ghost. “Yo, Percy,” Marcus said, smirking as he nudged the phone in his hand behind his back. “Rough night?” I frowned. “What?” Lucky exchanged a look with him—one of those looks that says don’t say anything yet. My stomach twisted. That’s when Sam laughed, loud and nasty.
