Amelia’s POV
“Hi little champ, how was school today?” With a big smile on my face, I ask the boy who keeps me going, I like to call him my entire existence.
I bent down while expecting a response from him, he hasn’t stepped into the house and he better give me a response if he wants to.
“It’s fine” he mention after putting up an attitude for some seconds.
He gave me a hug and I wasn’t expecting it, it was a miracle that I didn’t land on the floor with him, that would have been funny though.
“You got me” I murmur after embracing him. For a minute, I thought something was wrong with him.
