Chapter 4 Luna

Alpha Thomas

The moment our hands touched I felt the sparks run up and down my body it felt so right. And after seeing her wolf I knew I couldn't reject her how could I with her strong beautiful wolf I will train her myself I thought. I was jerked from my thoughts when she said “Alpha Thom…” “NO” I cut her off using my Alpha tone without realizing it she jumped and unexpectedly jerked her hand from mine, “call me Thomas” I said softly gently grabbing her hand back in mine I couldn't stand to have her hand out of mine. I couldn't stand to hear her call me Alpha it made my heart hurt. “I’m sorry” she said smiling it made me and my wolf smile to see her smile, “can you all follow me and Al...” I shook my head “Umm T..Thomas to his office” she finished saying. I smiled as we walk into the pack house.

They followed us back to the office I didn't let her hand go again I wanted her near me always. I loved the feeling of her. Her sent everything about her she is the most beautiful she-wolf I have ever seen. As we came to my office I opened the door and we all stepped in including my beta. “Now please take a seat” I said they all sat I pulled Lilly into my lap earning myself odd looks but I didn't care shes mine. “As you know Lilly you are my mate and there for Luna of this pack” I said looking into her baby blue eyes that have these purple specks in them telling me her wolf has purple eyes wow how rare. “Is this a good idea” said Conner I shot him a glare that told him to shut up, “You dare to question the will of the goddess” I said with anger in my voice. “Lilly is my Mate hand picked by the goddess herself” Conner backed down scared of what might happen if her uttered another word. I looked over to her family “I hope that you all are okay with this” I said with hope in my voice.

Gram-gram

I smiled joy in my heart and on my face “Alpha being the oldest member of this family I know I am the one that must speak for this family” I said baring my neck and not making eye contact with him “How ever Alpha please understand that I am not Lilly’s parent so I would like to request that we are able to talk about this in privet as a family with Lilly” she said with respect. “That's fine but please don't take long” Alpha said motioning for Conner to leave the room as he stood up and placed Lilly in his chair and walked to the door. “I will be down stairs when your ready” he said taking one last look at Lilly and closing the door.

Once I was sure he could no longer her us “well…. that was an interesting turn of events” I said with a smile. “How do you feel about this Lilly?” I asked her walking to her she was looking at the door. “I feel.. I feel happy” Lilly said with a smile. “I never thought I would shift much less find my mate” she said. “So do u want to be Luna” I asked Lilly “Yes I do I'm scared but I know its the right thing” she said in her sweet voice. “If your are sure Lilly you don't have to if you don't want to you can always reject….” she raised her hand and cut me off. “I trust the moon goddess and if this is her plan for me then I accept it I wold never reject a mate that was hand picked by the goddess” she said. “Well then… I’ll go tell Alpha we are ready now” I said opening the door. I walked down stairs and they were standing at the bottom of the stairs “We are ready Alpha” I said and we went back to his office.

Lilly

Thomas, Conner and Gram-gram came back into the office and Thomas picked me up placing me back in his lap. Gram-gram spoke “we are honored that Lilly is your mate and Luna of the pack but…” he looked at me with fear in his eyes a fear of rejection. “we just wanted to be sure this is what she wants” she said with a sweet and kind voice. Thomas took my hand sending sparks threw it “And is that what you want?” he asked looking deep into my eyes as I sat in his lap holding his hand. “Yes Thomas that is what I want very much” I said with a smile. “I’m so happy to hear that…. now we have to set the Luna ceremony up” he said with a smile. “Luna ceremony” I repeated I didn't know about this because I had never see one. “It is the ceremony where I mark you and present you to our pack and visiting Alpha’s and Luna’s that are allies of ours also the Alpha King will come” he told me. I was scared I didn't know what to think “that's a lot of people” I said “I’m scared I don't know if I can do that”. I looked around Gram-gram was smiling excitement in her eyes but I saw a strange look in my mother and fathers eyes I didn't know what to make of it. Thomas kissed my lips gently sending sparks threw my body “I will be with you the whole time and all you have to do is stand there” said Thomas. “As long as you are with me I will do my best” I said seeing my moms face I started to wonder what she was thinking her eyes looked nervous. Maybe its just being near the Alpha I thought or maybe she was nervous about the Luna ceremony as well.

Thomas broke my thoughts “You will move into the pack house with my after the ceremony” he said. “Okay and when will that be?” I asked. “Saturday” he said. “So soon that is only 5 days” I said. “I wish it was sooner” Thomas said. He took my hand and looking in his every I felt the pull to him I wanted to kiss his lips so badly I leaned into him and before I knew it our lips connected forgetting everyone in the room. Then someone cleared their throat breaking our kiss. “Really” Thomas said irritation in his voice. “We must prepare” Conner said. Reluctantly I stood from his lap letting our hands slip apart and went with my family back to our family home.

Alpha Thomas

It hurt me to watch her leave I wanted to pull her back into my arms and never let her go. However according to tradition we are not allowed to be together till the Luna ceremony because she is not allowed to be marked or mated until then. The mate bond pulls you to mark your mate as soon as possible so the Luna has to stay with her family till the ceremony has been completed or we will risk not having the blessing of the goddess. That's why I made it for Saturday good thing it was a full moon this Saturday I didn't want to have to Waite for the next one the ceremony must take place during a full moon I though to myself. Conner broke me from my thoughts “whats the first thing we need to do?” he asked. “Go to the supply building and get all the boxes labeled Luna ceremony” I said. “one of the main boxes we need is the one with the Luna dress its passed to each new Luna and may need to be altered” I told Conner. “yes Alpha” Conner said and took some wolfs to retrieve the boxes. I Started emailing the Alpha’s and the Alpha King. There are 5 packs near here other then mine and the Alpha king’s they may not be able to make it with such short notice but I will inform them anyway.
