“I see you have made some changes”. She says, as I show her around outside. “All the small old houses by the forest are gone”.
“Yeah, I wanted people to have better houses, and I wanted to bring the pack more together, as a family unit”. I tell her. Actually most of my changes are things we had talked about back then. Things we liked to do.
Her smile seems almost involuntary. “I like it … a lot”.
“I knew you would”. I mumble.
My wolf is giving me a warning sound, and I know why, if I was told the truth she was in on the plan on overthrowing my father. On the other hand, even if she was so Young, she might not have understood the consequences. I guess what matters the most is what she wanted to happen to me. But I can’t ask her, not yet.
