A week and a half had gone by since the Alphas visited us to help with strategy planning. During that time, the boys and I worked hard to ensure all of the safety measures we discussed were being carefully implemented. With double training sessions daily, except on Sundays, Flint had his hands full. He never once complained though, and he would give his all to make sure our warriors were well prepared. I had to give them credit as well for trusting us and keep moving forward, even when they were tired. I must say I was also very proud of my Gamma. Unlike Flint, I hadn’t chosen him directly, but he was just as dedicated - sometimes, even more. His brilliantly analytical brain was restless, never ceasing to look for optimizations and new solutions to problems we hadn’t been able to identify
