When I Was Your Woman

Shocked.

He was so shocked of what he read. After six years, he decided to read the message of Racchi Miller to him. He read it because he saw a woman who looks like her in the hotel where he had a meeting this afternoon with board of directors in the hospital that he has a share. When he saw the woman, a different type of feeling rose in his heart again. Pain. Sorrow. Emptiness. Hatred, Love. Guilt. Upon reading the message, it is full of pain. Hatred. Agony. He read it again. Trying to understand what she meant.

"Xander Biel. If one day you will know the truth behind your Mom's fall, do not try to search for me. Do not try to ask forgiveness to me. Because no matter how many times you would get in your knees, never will I forgive you. And if one day, your conscience won't let you sleep anymore because of what you "DID" to us, still, do not look and ask forgiveness to me. Because when that time comes, I won't recognize you anymore. I won't remember who and what you were in my life. Because from this day on, I will consider you as dead for you are nothing but a ruthless man. I swear it to heavens above and hells below." (wrote on 30th of August 2015 03:38AM)

Xander Biel still cannot understand. Is it because he left her? "Should I supposedly be the one to hate her because of what she did to Mom? But the way she said, it's more than it. There is something wrong with this." Then he called his secretary to book a ticket for him.

"Yes Dr. Biel. Anything I have to do?" Mr. Frank Charlton- his secretary.

"Book me a ticket first hour on 22nd. I will go back to Country P" said Xander in a monotone voice.

"But Dr. Biel, you still have meeting with your partners in Well Hospital this coming 23rd for the grand opening".

"I don't care. This is urgent." then drop the call.

As soon as their conversation ended, Mr. Franklin immediately go to airlines' website to check for the earliest flight of his boss. After booking, he e-mailed to Xander the details of his flight.

E-mail received.

Xander opened the email from his secretary and read only the time of departure and arrival in Country P.

ETD: 05:00AM, 22nd September, 2021

ETA: 23:00PM, 23rd September, 2021

He usually enjoyed long hours of rides but not this time. Seeing that it took 16 hours of travel, he started to get irritated.

4:00AM in September 22nd when he arrived at the airport. He doesn't need to go there two hours before the flight because everything has been worked out by Mr. Franklin accordingly.

As soon as he seat in a VIP lounge, he doesn't know what to do when he arrives at Country P. All he knows is that he needs to see her and ask her all the things that are on his mind. But, will she let him talk to her?It was clear in the message that she won't recognize him anymore. Will it be safe if he will just pretend that they both don't know each other? And let time and fate unfold all the secrets that this 6 years had covered.

No. He won't let that happen just like that. He is a man that can make the impossible. Why all of a sudden, he turns into a hopeless and helpless man waiting for the stars to fall to make a wish?

It was exactly 11:00 PM when he arrived at Country P. No one knows that he came back. Not even his mother, Mrs. Catherine Biel, or his dad Mr. Alexandro Biel, nor his sister Xandra Biel, not even Xantha Biel, his sister in Country F.

The driver that booked by Mr. Franklin already waited Xander at the parking. When he knows that the VIP that he will give service already landed, he immediately go to the passengers exit to let him hop-in. They directly go to the townhouse that was bought by Xander a year ago. No one knows he have a townhouse at City M. An hour away from City C.

Townhouse A.

When Xander enter the house, he grabs immediately his phone to call Rex Jones. A close friend and a private investigator.

"Hey man. What's up? Let me guess. You finally need my service? Whoaahh, man, who is that? Some kind of an undefeated man in a business world? Or a notorious man who wants to hack your hospital's system? Or a patient who did not pay your profeesional fee? Or a woman who slaps you for being so arrogant? Spell it out. Spell it out bro". Rex Jones can't believe Xander called him for after almost a year of not hearing or contacting him.

"I'm at City M. I just arrived from Country F."

"Wait, what? You are in Country P? Why? What happened? Anything serious?" Rex can't believe that Xander comes back after 6 years.

"And yes, I need your service. Racchi Miller. Check where she is connected right now. That's all I want. I will tell you if I need some other details. Tell me the first thing tomorrow morning. Goodbye."

"Wai....." Rex did not finish his sentence because Xander drop the call already. "Did I hear it right? Racchi Miller? Her girlfriend for 4 years? And tomorrow morning? Why too soon bro? Oh well, what he wants is not that difficult to do."

So Rex Jones started to work on what Xander asks him to do . He search all Racchi's social media accounts but he can't find her. He remembered that she was working at Staywell Laboratory way back then.
