I woke with a very excited wolf in my head, " I cant wait to see our mate today, I bet he looks cute in the morning" she purred.

" Hey Enya" I said, "I am sorry, but you know the rules, we am not mating material and specially not with an Alpha-son, a very cute, good looking and perfect Alpha-son," I sighed.

" Bull " she said in a sadden voice " they don't really know, what we are yet, other then “we’re special", but we’re still alive, and we have feelings and needs too, don't we, they must count for something?"

"In the word of my mother and father, no they don't, I am sorry Enya, and who says that he wont reject us, when he see me?" but lets get ready, we still gets to look at him from a distance".

I got showered, and dressed, I looked into the mirror. I don't look like my sisters at all. They all have long golden brown hair, bright blue eyes, bronze skin and bearing hips, as my mother would say. Me, I am milk white, like an albino, but instead of red eyes, I have marble greens, I have long thick white hair, that I usually have in a French braid, I have pink and light green highlights in it, to give me some color and then I’m skinny. "not bearing material" I am not an albino, but real close, the sun is not good to me, I have to use an umbrella, when going out into the sun, for longer periods of time.

I went to the dining hall, expecting to see him, but he wasn't there, according to the chatter, he had all ready eating and left. I went to sit a our family table, the rest of the family were already well into deep conversation, about Alpha Aaron calling Beta Luke out on his challenge yesterday, I could fell that it really bothered me, but it had all been a joke. "our mate has a sense of humor", Enya whispered in my head.

Alpha Bain and the woman named Carol, joint our family for breakfast "I have some bad news", he proclaimed to my parents, " it seems, that we had intruders in our security system last night, and Aaron is working with his brother and his PA on the phone right now to damage control, it is gong to take him most of the day, which means that our meeting with him, will have to wait at least another day.

I didn't know, what kind of meeting they were having, but I did know, that it was about the future of our pack.

I could see my mom and dad looking at each other in somewhat of a panic, their mind link must be going crazy. then my mother spoke " well does Aaron know, what the meeting is about?"

"No, he doesn't, and I have my doubts, that he will go through with it, and in such short notice" Alpha Bain said with a problematic look in his eyes. "My wife raised our boys to be big believers in mates, and I know that Aaron cant wait to meet his. We´ll just have to cross our fingers, that he is tired of waiting and will agrees to settle for logic.”

My mom and dad looked at my sisters with a concerned nervous smile.

After breakfast, my father and Alpha Bain, went to the office building, guess they still had things to talk about.

I went to the school building with Maria and Malena to start our day. Our parents wants us to have a good education, so we get private collage classes, combined with online special designed classes to our liking.

I am studying for my medical licenses, I am going to be the pack doctor, when doctor Sherman retires.

From the window where I sit, I can see the office building.

I could see Aaron, my mate, his Beta and what looks like a gay guy, they are deeply buried in their computer, but I could see they still talked and laughed, joking with each other, how I wish to sit right next to him, smell his sweet scent, have his strong arms holding me close, hear him laugh, have him peck my neck with his perfect mouth, and feel how he would lick the spot, where his mark is suppose to be.

"Earth to Pearl!" my mother interrupted me. "where did you just go honey"?

I could feel my blush, "nowhere mom, nowhere, I smiled.

"Well, then go get some dinner, you still have a long day ahead of you, you need your strength later today with doctor Sherman, and if you are going for a run later.

After dinner, I had clinic duty with the pack doctor. We are going over medical files and diseases, he is also helping me control my gift as they call them. I have special healing powers, much more powerful then any other, they believe, and since I can’t go out and play in the sun, I get to let Enya out on midnight runs.
