19. Pearl.

My healing powers had increased instead of vanishing, like my parents had told me my whole life, I was closing practically open wounds, right in front of us, this was amazing. I had told Aaron to lay still, and I would heal him completely. He fell asleep half way through, he looked really cute just laying there naked. He had a amazing body and the most beautiful smile, and he was all mine.

I left his bed around three and went and slept in the infirmary the rest of the night. I wanted to tell my family, about Aarons and my bond discreetly, not tumble out of his bed in broad day light, on a Monday morning. 

In the morning, I went and got showered and changed. I still live in my old childhood room in the Alpha house, there hasn't been a reason to move yet. Malena and Maria also live here. Gabby and Hadley had rooms downstairs, so they had practically moved out. Lauren had just moved in with Luke a few days ago, leaving her room downstairs empty, and Alba moved out a few days after she found her mate years ago now.

I went to breakfast, I couldn't wait to see Aaron again. I had butterflies in my stomach and my heart rate went a little faster then normal.  I felt really sad that he wasn't there went I came in.  I went and got my food and sat down with my family. Alpha Bain and Carol had also just joined my families table. I could see Kyle and Shane at the table across from ours, and I would not be lying, if I said they were giggling. 

Alpha Bain had a big smile on his face and so did Carol, something tells me that they heard us last night as well, and is just as excited as I am right now.

"so which one of you girls got to stay with my son last night?", Alpha Bain asked straight out, looking down our table at us girls, just as I was taking the first bite of my eggs. I almost choked, and just started coughing. Hadley and Gabby was just as surprised as me, and also had to cough their airways clear. 

"excuse me" Gabby said offended, while looking angry at Hadley. 

"don't look at me that way, he told me that he was tired, and basically slammed the door in my face", Hadley responded with surrendering hands in the air. 

They both turned their heads towards Malena, "don't look a me" she said, "I was watching a movie last night with mom" 

I followed the accusations around the table, no one was suspecting me, I might have given away a small smile. 

"well, then who was she? " Alpha Bain looked confused at my dad, who by the way did not look happy. My dad looked down the table and found Maria just eating her breakfast minding her own business.    

"Maria, please tell me it wasn't you?" 

Maria looked up, I don't think she payed attention to the conversation, " wasn't me, what? she asked 

"the girl who, stayed in Alpha Aarons room last night?" my dad angry replied

"GROSS, NO, why would I do that, he´s old, cute but old. she answered back.

"we heard three girls come up the stairs last night, and only two of the girls left". Alpha Bain told the table, looking to Carol for conformation, she nodded with a smile.  

"and you are sure that the last girl wasn't a man? my mom asked, nodding over towards the table Kyle and Shane was sitting, only my mother would go there.

"yes" Carol resounded," we could hear that it was a girls" 

"how" my mom questioned, it was so awkward now, and yet I still couldn't help smiling. 

"Well," Carol started, not looking comfortable, "there was a lot of girl noises coming from his room"

"and let me just say this" Alphas Bain jumped in, "this is the first time, my son has ever been with a girl, anywhere close to me. He has never interduce a girl to me or his mother, when she was alive. A fare as I know, he has only been with human girls, and only in the city, because he wanted his mate, to be the special one in the pack. So this girl must be unique. Even his mate" he added.

I was almost flouting out of my seat in joy, I was so happy, I know that Aaron have had his share of women, but I didn't think that he never brought a girl home to meet his parents. 

Just as I couldn't feel more wonderful in my body, Aaron entered to dining hall, and I fell the biggest smile appear on my face. He found my eyes and his face lit up. 

He was about half way though the hall coming to our table, when he was stopped by Malena, I hadn't even notice, she left the table. She turned him around gently and made him follow her out. 

I wanted to shout at her, and run after them, but right now, was not the time to announce our bond, so I just sat back and pouted.  Enya growled in my heard in anger, but then I heard Malena in mind link. 

"He said that he will see you later in the infirmary."

"what" I mind link back.

I had to stop him. I didn't think that it was the right time and place for mom and dad to found that it was you last night, and well Aaron just conformed my suspicion, that it is you."  she linked back.

"how did you know, it was me?" I linked her

"you were glowing, I have never seen you glow like that before, and you looked so happy" she linked back.

 I never really thought that Malena liked me, enough to help me hide the biggest secret of my life. We never really talked, we minded our own businesses, and just lived side by side all of these years. My go-to-sister has always been Lauren. Gabby has mom, Hadley and Alba have each other and Maria has her friends, since we are all much older then her. I guess, Malena never really had any, she was always shy and hiding in her books. 

 "I am taking him to the daycare center, we have food there, and I´ll send him over later to you" she mind linked me. 

"thank you so much" I responded back.

After that, I closed myself off from the table conversation, I manage to notice that Alpha Bain and Carol, was more then happy about Aaron hooking up with a she wolf, but I also notice my mom and dad, not so happy, well since it wasn´t any of the "chosen" ones.
