My Time As Ended

Jia Lin was stuck between a rock and a hard place, everywhere he turned, enemies would surround him from all corners. His situation was pathetic and even so, he hadn't even aroused the sympathy of the old mists figure that was floating in the air in front of the Black Mists Cultivation Building.

Jia Lin panted none stop while the one hundred mists warriors charged at him, their swords in hand and shields raised high. Black beams of lights covered the skies as the Black Voids Blade's first stage, the art of Slice was displayed. As he saw these incoming light beams, his body suddenly started to tremble, he was truly tired and even though the mists had helped him to somewhat understand the use of the mists and to understand a small amount of the concept of Qi to mists condensation as well as touching upon a small part of the small success of the art of Slice, his body truly couldn't go any more than it has already had.

The pain that he felt from the blades of the art of Slice was heart rendering and mind blocking. Whenever a blade of light struck his body, his flesh would be torn, his bones would be broken and his muscle would be like chopped meat on a chopping board. At this moment, Jia Lin was finally starting to regret going down this path but he steeled his mind and will because with greet benefits come great dangers, but who would have thought that each and every trial that he would go through would have to be so painful and s**t pressingly hard.

"I can't go on anymore, if I overtax my body then that would only harm my future Cultivation," thought Jia Lin as he watched the incoming beams of lights and his heart started to shake frantically.

"Sigh, we will stop here for now. Rest your body for three hours and we shall begin once you have rested"

The voice of the old man sounded out at this time and as it did, the beams of black light of the art of Slice suddenly fell apart one after the other. The mists warriors vanished without a trace and Jia Lin was finally able to breathe in a breath of fresh air and calm down his raging mind, all the things that had happened today were just too sudden for he to take in all at once and the pain that rocked his body was just too much for one man to handle.

In the voice of the old man, one could hear a tinge of disappointment but Jia Lin didn't care about this and only sat down to meditate. In his mind, he could feel the raging hatred and desire for a break coming from the little demon, he turns is head to look but couldn't see anything which made his mood even worse. The little demon dodge a beam of black light and as he did, the light beam cut apart the air and the mists were instantly destroyed in the process, he rushed in on one of the massive beasts legs and slashed out with a black beam of its own but this beam was like an ant charging a lion and wanted to kill it, this was simply impossible to accomplish

Little demons trial was to master the art of Submission, he had to make these two massive beasts submit to it by demonstrating it's battle powers as king. The light beam struck but did nothing, little demon howled with anger as the blood insides it's veins began to boil. He was young and these beasts that were before him were obviously much much older, maybe they were centuries older even.

"Sigh, no-no. This won't do, this day's trials are now over. The both of you may have the qualifications to enter once the both of you are much stronger but for now, this won't do"

The disappointed voice of the old man once again sounded out inside the Black Realm, he waved his hand and the two beasts disappeared and as they did Jia Lin could now see the little demon panting. Even though to them, they thought that they had bind inside the Black Realm of a couple of hours but in actuality, they had been in there for two whole days now. "SIGH" a loud sigh came from the old man's mouth which causes Jia Lin and the little demon to suddenly started trembling, the power contained in that one sigh was enough to kill the both of them if the old man wished to do so.

With of flick of his fingers, Jia Lin and the little demon were instantly sent out of the Black Realm, his consciousness drifting away and the little demon was instantly transported out back into the mystic forest. The Black sphere which was holding him and Jia Lin disappeared and what was presented to both of them was on an open field with a single tree in the middle of it, which they were currently under.

"That place was just too fierce, it's like a nightmare, at one point I thought I was going to die in there for real," said Jia Lin with sweat dripping down his forehead. "And not to mention the pain, oh my f**king god the pain" he also cursed while trying to calm down his trembling hands and mind. "I'm going to make those big meats pay me back in full"

As little demon thought about the events that had occurred inside the Black Realm with the two large beasts, it's a good mood for the day was entirely over. And now only dread-filled it and it wanted to take revenge on those two beasts and that old bag of bones for looking down on it. "Haha naturally we will go back again and show that old man" chuckled Jia Lin as he thought about the wonders of the Black realm

If most martial artists had a place like that where they could go and train in a martial way while encountering numerous dangers and also benefits, that would surely be the blessings of the heavens. As he thought about it, his black Realm didn't only provide him with a place to train but it also gave him a chance to experience many life and death challenges that would increase his combat experience by leaps and bounds.

"I wonder who that voice belonged to that spoke earlier, it sounded strange and the way it spoke sounded really evil. Just thinking about it gives me the creeps".

"It's a bit sad that we aren't strong enough to enter back into that realm or it would've been really beneficial for us don't you think," said Jia Lin to the little demon who was lost in deep thought. 

"And not to mention all the Cultivation methods that were inside the Black Cultivation Methods building that I saw earlier and there were also those two builds that said Immortal training and Dying mists weapons" just by thinking about all the things that he had seen inside the Black Realm left Jia Lin feeling excited and the desire to go back inside that Realm was so strong that he also cried out in frustration, knowing he had lost the qualifications to go back in anytime soon.

"No matter, all we need to do is get a little stronger and all will be well," he thought while getting up from his crossed-legged position. As he did little demon suddenly came back to his senses, it looked at Jia Lin as if it was waiting to hear his next move but then was shocked to hear Jia Lin's next few words to it, "You dumb wolf, you told me the wrong method to the speed boost and you left me to figure it out for myself you selfish little thing. I have half a mind to starve you to death" 

The little demon was lost for words after listening to Jia Lin's starvation threat. Black lines popped up on its forehead, its eyes turned white with disbelief. "I...I..you" little demon couldn't find the right words to say, all of this starvation talk was too sudden and made it feel as if it was already dying from hunger.

"Sigh never mind, I have to go back and prepare for Tomorrow's martial school meeting", "yes yes this is a good idea" replied little demon hurriedly. Afterward, black mists surged out of Jia Lin's meridians and gathered underneath his feet, his body floated in two-inch off the ground and he pushed forwards, body shooting off like a shooting star. The little demon quickly followed in pursuit, around the two, the air vibrated with Qi fluctuations with an extremely small amount of mists forming in the air around them.

"These two really are full of surprises" Lin Fren had a weird smile on his face as he watches the man and wolf pair shot out of the mystic forest. "I guess it's time for me to leave this place, my time here is over, sigh the domain surely as changed" as Lin Fren finished speaking, his body slowly started to faded away as if a natural law was pressing against his body and sending him away from this world.

As he felt this pressure he sighed again and said "The heavens of Lee Haha Jia is the pinnacle" Lin friend's body instantly disappeared after saying all that he had to and as of this moment, all the yin Qi energy that was inside the mystic forest suddenly disappeared as well, except for a small ball of white mists that fused within a tall tree that was once Jia Lin's treehouse.
