Finally, we reached our destination, the place I call home. As I halted the car, Naina ran off to her home. I parked the car and went after her.
She was leaning at the front wall.
"What happened?" I asked.
"It's locked. No one's home," she said with a grim face.
"Let's ask the neighbors," I suggested, guiding her to the house near by.
"Good afternoon aunty, I was wondering if you know where might my mom be or if you have seen her around? I came to surprise her but found no one," she inquired.
