After thinking about an hour. I go to my room. And saw that Nicole hadn't woken up yet. So I also didn't disturb her. But suddenly phone rings. I thought it was mine but no it was Nicole's. I pick up her phone and saw name Rico as caller ID. I frown a little.
My mind was asking. Who is this Rico? Is he her brother? Is her friend or...... her boyfriend? My frown deepened when the boyfriend word struck my mind. I picked it up.
"Hello?" That Rico guy said.
"Hello" I replied.
"Who is this?" He asked. He doesn't know me.
"I am Nicole's husband." I said proudly. It feels right to say that. That's why I said.
"OH Mr. Collins. Can you give phone to Nicole?" He asked and I was angry with him.
"Nicole is sleeping." I said
"Oh" But before he could speak further I hung up the phone. Why do I feel like this? This feeling I even haven’t feel when I was with Alice. I was sitting on the bed beside her. And accidently my hand got a contact with her and I feel that one of our is warm. But whom. I check my temperature and then Nicole. She was suffering from fever. I become restless when I got to know that she has fever. I called doctor. And soon he had come. And check Nicole.
"It may because of the scar which she had gotten. It is deep and it cause warm temperature in her which lead to her fever. Don't worry she will be alright and for healing her hand it may can take 1 month for complete heal. Till then don't allow her to work from that hand. It may can damage a lot." He said and I nodded and again looked at her which give me peace. But then my phone started to ring. And I go and picked it up.
"Hi babe." I know this voice. It was from Alice.
"Hi Alice." I said in reply.
"So when are you going to meet me?" She asked me. It makes me happy but for now I am impatient person who want to near Nicole.
"Soon" I said and before she could speak further I hung up and go back to her room and found my grandparents were around her were caressing her.
"What had doctor said?" Grandpa asked.
"Said she is alright. It just that she need rest and no moving of her arm for almost 1 month" And grandpa nodded.
"We also can't stay here for one month as I have to go somewhere else. So it is your responsibility to take care of her. “He said and I nodded.
"I will." I said and he nodded with smile. Soon Nicole hand had moved and she opened her those beautiful hazel green eyes. And was seeing her surroundings. When she opened her eyes my heart was jumping up and down in excitement. But why heart is excited? Don't I hate her? I have to go away from her. I exited her room and called Alice.
"Why have you hung up before?" She asked as soon as she picked up her phone.
"Actually someone had come and I have to attend him." I lied but.... why?
"Oh" She said.
"Should we go on date?" I asked her. Basically I don't want to go on a date with anybody. I just want to Nicole to be away from my mind.
"Yes babe." She said in excited voice.
"I will pick you up in few minutes get ready." I said to her and hung up and changed my dress. Not much in casual and not much formal as well. And take my car keys and drive away to Alice's home. But whole ride I was thinking about Nicole expression when she was wincing from pain and when she was sleeping peacefully. I don't know why but she was only thing she was coming in my mind.
I reached her house and pressed my lips on her but all I could of think is of Nicole. Nicole, Nicole why is she in my mind? Maybe I hate her too much that's why and want to take revenge.
"Tell me where we should go?" I asked her.
"Rosewood cafe" She said and I was shocked.
"We can go somewhere also." I said to her.
"Yes we can but I want to there only." I have no other option but to agree with her and I nodded. And make her sit in the passenger sit and I myself settle down on the driver sit and drive away to Rosewood wood.
I parked my car near cafe and come out from the car and was walking towards cafe and saw some blood drops which saw that it was Nicole's blood cause no one hurt after her. I go towards inside the cafe and sit down on the empty place and we place our order and were listening to the person who were talking about that incident.
"Do you know an incident happened today in front of this cafe?" Someone said.
"I know. I have to say that she is so brave. And the scar she got from that person was unbelievable. Even when she was injured she had fight and saved that person." Another said.
"I have to say she wasn't scared of them. I wish I could be like her. She is really a superhero. She is brave." Another one said.
"I too wish to be like her. She is amazing as well beautiful. I can say whosoever will get that girl will be the luckiest man alive." Other said.
"I could also say if someone else was in place of her then she would not be able to fight even they was injured badly. I pray that she become fine soon. Cause people like her is need in the society." Other said
"I too pray for her health." Someone said and my heart was feeling proud when I hear all those words from other. They don't know that she is my wife
