"JONATHAN?!?!" I yelled
"Duh who else would it be?" He said with a smirk and pulling me into a hug.
We hugged for what felt likes hours. We stopped when heard Tommy say "break it up before I do." He looked at Jonathan very weird. It was like he was upset and angry. Me mom pulled me into a side hug and said "Lets get home because I have a surprise"
When we were getting into the car Jonathan sat it the back with me. His leg was touching mine I couldn't help but blush. Hey I know it was weird that I was blushing but he has grown and is very attractive and I also liked him for 5 years. I kept seeing Tommy looking through the mirror. He was watching us like we are going to do something back here. Me and Jonathan looked at the mirror at the same time and saw him looking. He pulled his eyes away very fast then looked up and gave Jonathan a look. "I know I know she is off limits" JJ said looking at me. Excuse me "off limits?" What does he mean by that?
It was a long drive home. And very awkward. We get home and I plop on the couch relived that we were finally here. I grabbed my favorite romance book and went straight into it. I was so caught up into my book to notice that Tom and JJ were arguing. "What in the world" I said standing up to go see what was wrong.
Next thing I know JJ was storming out of Tommy's room saying "Watch me" Very angerly. I hear Tommy saying "how long were you standing there?"
"What um.... not... not long" I say very confused. I was home and there was already fighting I can't go one day without anyone fighting.
"Good" He said grabbing my hand pulling me into his room.
"What the hell Tommy what was all that about?" I asked.
"I need you to listen to me very carefully" He said looking me straight in the eyes.
He said with a over powering darkness in his eyes I've never seen in him before. "I don't want you around Jonathan unless I'm there! Understand?"
"Yes but why?" I said very confusedly.
"You don't need to know just do what I say."
"Okay" I said throwing my hands up.
I went to see what my mom was doing. She was cooking dinner. I asked "What is the surprise?"
She looked up and said "Oh yeah we are going to the beach!"
"WHAT!?!?!?!?" "Really?" I said excitedly.
"Yeah I thought you'd like it since you are finally home!" "Would you like to go?"
"OMG yes I'd love to go" I said excited and shocked.
"Oh and invite Maddie" She said.
"Really I thought it was family?" I asked.
"It was until your brother asked if Jonathan could come" She said with a smirk.
"Ugh really mom?" I said frowning.
"Your are happy that he is going" She said nudging me.
Wait am I happy. What no. Yes no maybe. I don't know. Ugh I hate this I am happy he is going but not. It will be really awkward.
"Yes I am" I said sarcastically walking off.
Before I turned the corner I looked over and asked "When are we going?"
"Oh yeah we leave this weekend and stay till the next Friday" She said as she was putting the spaghetti in the pot.
"That long really?" I asked going to my room. Nothing has changed. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and plopped down on my bed. I texted Maddie.
Me: Hey Mads I don't get home till tomorrow.
5 minutes later
Mads: Aww really but it will be really soon though!
Me: Ya what r u doing right now?
Mads: Nothing just sitting here eating ice cream.
Me: I wish I was there with you!!
Mads: Me too!! <3
Me: Well I'm going to take a shower because I have a long flight tomorrow TTYL.<3
Mads: Bye Bae<3
I decided to go surprise her today and make it seem like I wasn't going to see her till tomorrow. I go down stairs and see my mom talking to Jonathan in the kitchen. I wonder why he is not with Tommy? I don't know but I go up and say "I'm going to see Maddie and will be back in time for dinner"
"Okay sweetie be careful" she said.
"I will" "Oh and JJ why are you not with Tommy?" I asked.
"We got in a dumb fight and he doesn't wanna talk to me" He said sadly.
"Oh well you can come with me to see Maddie if you want." I said
"No it's okay I don't wanna get in the way and I'm keeping your sweet beautiful mom company."
"1- you won't be in the way. 2- Stop flirting with my mom. And 3- You are coming with me now whether you want to or not!" I said grabbing his arm and pulling him while giving him a big smile.
"Okay bossy pants" He said laughing while I role my eyes.
We get into my car and sit in silence the way there until I ask "Why are you not at your house surly you would love to be at your huge house instead of our small one?"
"Well my parents got into it again because my dad was drunk so I couldn't say there any longer and I had no where else to go besides here." He said.
"Oh I'm sorry JJ I didn't know." I said looking over at him looking out the window.
"It's fine I'm used to it." He said.
"Changing the conversation to something fun." I said.
"And what might that be? He asked with a grin on his face.
"We are going to the beach this weekend!!" I said.
