I needed to act fast, Vanessa’s life was in danger, I forced myself apart from Casey’s soul causing him to scream out in more pain than he had ever experienced. It caused me pain as well, but not as much as it did him since I was the one ripping myself apart from his being. The strength Vanessa gave me mixed with the pain he was suffering made him too weak to fight me back. At last I was able to make my way out, I circled myself in a cloud of smoke until I was completely out of his body.
