ARIA'S POV:
“Ahhhhh!” I yelled at the top of my voice. The only thing preventing me from jumping out of my skin was his arms firmly wrapped around me.
He jumped up, startled, then freed his arms. I watched him act very nonchalant, stretching out. “It's too early for tantrums,” he said, dropping from the bed.
“This is for show!” I charged, “I have no reason to wake up to cuddles. You have no right!” My veins were about to pop.
“Shut your mouth!” He said very sternly. Fear, in the form of cold shivers, ran through my spine. “You were having a bad dream and almost dying. I saved you.” He walked into the bathroom.
His words echoed in my ears. ‘saved me’. I thought back. I was terrified of walking out of the room. I didn't want to end up bound to a chair in a dark room a second time.
