After I got to my house with my annoying sister. I got out my car with a really bad headache.
Oh God, thank you for letting our house arrive sooner than later.
I opened the door to my house and got in greeting no one in particular. That had become a weird habit now, and I didn't care anymore about it.
Putting the car keys on the key bowl placed by the doorway, I went upstairs to my room and took my clothes off going to the bathroom.
I got in the shower and showered for a good 30 minutes before coming out. After I got out the bathroom I went to my closet and wore a simple T-shirt followed by some shorts. I combed my hair. And then just got into the bed.
Yes, I know you're wondering why would I comb my hair before getting into bed? That is stupid. But I don't really care. So, deal with it.
A single minute hadn't even passed by when my door shot open making me sigh in annoyance as I saw my older sister in the doorway.
Trying to control the irritation I felt, I asked Sandra the million-dollar question, "What do you want now?" She sighed annoyingly, "I think you have a memory problem. Don't you remember that dad told you to take me to the mall today?"
I do not have a memory problem. But I do have an anger problem. And if you don't shut up. I'll kill you and then bury you in the backyard and let the dogs find you.
I got up from the bed and walked to the door giving her a hint to follow me. But being the thickheaded woman of the century, she half yelled to me, "Where are you going?"
I smirked and copied her, "I think you have a memory problem. Don't you remember that you wanted to go to the mall?" She just huffed and frowned.
She then walked in front of me and we went downstairs. We told uncle Rick who was now in the living room watching TV, that we were going to the mall. He just said hummed in response and we exited the house after I picked my car keys from the key bowl again.
The best thing about Sandra was that she didn't continuously talk like Ravenna. And she didn't care what I did. She just never got in my business, and I liked that specific quality of hers.
Sandra was okay for a 20-year-old that had come to spend time with her family instead of going out to party like the rest of the college students in her college.
But Ravenna wasn't such a cool sister, since she was a total b***h to me even when I was still older than her. She always interfered with everything that I did, and even tattle-tailed on me, on various occasions.
But even when I would sometimes find my sisters intolerable, I still cared about them a lot.
It was complete silence in the car as we drove to the mall.
When we arrived to the mall. Sandra got out not bothering to even look back at me to say thanks.
She just kept walking and I wasn't even out the car yet.
Thank you, Jack, so much for taking me to the mall. I'll buy you something you want, to repay you for your act of kindness. I mumbled to myself while getting out the car and looking to see where Sandra went.
After a good 15 minutes later....
I had caught up to Sandra but she was busy walking into random stores and buying random clothes that she liked. I just kept following her with her bags. If one thing Sandra knew about me, it was that I'm gay and she never told anyone because I told her not to.
Sandra was stupid and childish but she was a nice sister and I did love for that, more than I'd like to admit. She meant so much to me, since she was the one person that had helped me when I just discovering myself.
We went inside a*****e which looked more like a lingerie store than a normal clothing store.
Sandra just went over to the clothing section and picked out some clothes while I sat down on a chair that I had found in the store not occupied.
Man, this woman shops a lot. I didn't even see when Sandra came out the changing room and how beautiful she looked.
She came out and looked at me asking me with her eyes how she looked.
I nodded at her signal, "You should totally buy that. It doesn't make you look fat. And trust me darling, you should lose some weight." I joked and she got angry.
Woah I could see her nose expanding and smoke coming out of her ears. She looked like the minotaur at that moment and I wasn't even kidding. She just needed a piercing in the middle of her nose holes.
I held my hands up in defense as I spoke," You're not fat. You're thinner than a noodle. I promise." She laughed at that comment and transformed back to human.
Oh, thank God. I thought I was surely gonna die today.
After she got everything that she wanted to buy we went to the check-out area. There was a good-looking girl sitting at the check-out area who looked about Sandra's age. She looked at me and winked while I just smiled at her
The charming smile that can make girls fall for me.
After buying the clothes Sandra gave the bags to me and I gladly took them. " Wow your boyfriend is so hot and obedient." The girl behind the checkout counter commented while glancing from Sandra to me.
Seriously out of all the words she could say she chose the word 'obedient'. Now she just made me feel like a dog. Dogs are obedient, not boyfriends. Sheesh, girls these days don't want a boyfriend they want a dog.
I was about to correct her but Sandra made me stop when she grabbed my arm in hers and said, "Thank you. He is so faithful and disciplined, right honey?" She looked at me while subtly glaring.
After I didn't say anything she stepped on my foot with her heels.
"Yes honey! Whatever you say." I said while smiling at Sandra, my sister not my girlfriend. Like ew. I can handle her only as my sister, I definitely don't want a girlfriend like her.
I like girls but that doesn't mean I could even go after my sister. And she just referred to me as a dog too with the words she used.
After we got out the store, I took away my arm from her and started walking away from her.
She followed, "That's all I'm gonna buy so let's go back home now."
Wow now she wants to go home. Oh, come on let's buy more clothes.
Note the sarcasm.
We were both walking out of the building to the parking lot when I bumped into someone who was running while not looking in the front, and me being an i***t as well, didn't pay any attention either. So, we just ended bumping into each other.
The person who was gonna fall on the ground with their face first was practically saved by me.
Yes, I'm the hero. Praise me now.
The person had their back facing me so I couldn't see their face but I soon found out who the person was, when they turned around.
Guess who it was? Yes, you're correct, it was Sarah once again.
She looked at me with those pure sky-blue eyes that made me feel like I was floating. She was about to say something when I let her go, suddenly remembering that I was with Sandra.
She stood up straight while I chuckled, "I guess you love bumping into me."
Her simple reply to my casual some-what flirting was a blush that made me smile happily.
"Sorry I wasn't paying attention." She explained while looking at the ground still blushing.
I smiled at her sudden shyness, "No worries. I'm just glad this time you're wearing jeans."
Smacking my forehead internally, I couldn't believe what I had just said but thankfully she didn't mind the innocent joke as she blushed a deeper color.
Stupid, stupid, stupid. You didn't have to say that out loud. After an awkward silence, Sandra coughed behind me, catching both Sarah and my attention, "Hi, I'm Sandra, Jack's older sister and you are?" She held her hand out to Sarah, for a handshake, as I looked at the friendly smile Sarah sent her.
"I'm Sarah. Um, I'm Jack's friend." Sarah said while fidgeting.
Woah did I hear that correct. Did she just say friend? Yes, she did!
"Oh, wow I'm impressed, Jack. Today was your first day and you managed to get a pretty girl like her to be your friend. Who are you and what have you done to my dweeb of a sister?" Sandra joked which made Sarah laugh while I just glared at her.
"Well, I guess we have to go now, mom and dad would be waiting for us." I spoke as I glared at Sandra, who waved me off dismissingly before I looked at Sarah, "It was nice bumping into you here, Sarah."
Sarah smiled in return as we bid her farewell before going towards my car.
Dumping all the shopping bags in my hands inside the trunk, I got in the driver's seat. Sandra was already in the car when I had gotten in. I turned to her immediately as I frowned, "Did you have to say all that in front of her?"
She blinked innocently while I groaned because of the embarrassment, "You like this girl, don't you?"
Feeling helpless, I simply nodded.
"Don't worry the way she blushed it tells me she feels the same way. Even though it was just your first day today." She stated while placing her hand on my shoulder, with the last sentence mumbled more to herself than to me.
I chuckled before smiling at her.
Starting the engine of my car, I drove out of the parking lot and onto the main road. I told her everything that happened today at school and also about me bumping into Sarah multiple of times in just a day.
She just listened and nodded attentively which made me happy. After I finished, she simply spoke, "Well, she is pretty and you are, um, handsome. So, you do have a chance just don't waste it."
Wow, did my sister just compliment me? The same sister who is always insulting me or giving me rude remarks. I like this new transformation. Even though she called me handsome which is a word referred to males. Wow first a dog then a man.
"Uh, thanks."
"Aw, you're welcome."
I just smiled at her in amusement as we reached our house. She got out the car and went to the front door, while I went to the trunk of the car to take the bags out.
When I entered the house Sandra quickly took all the bags from my hands except for one. I looked at her confused.
She sighed before speaking, "That's a T-shirt for you. It's like a thank you for taking me to the mall."
"It was no problem. If you want to go anywhere else just ask me and I'll drive you there." I kissed her cheek and whispered in her ear, "and I'll also pretend to be your boyfriend too."
And with that I escaped the vicinity by running up the stairs to my room laughing. I could hear her angry scream all the way to my room. "JACK!"
At least today was fun.
And now we have to wait for tomorrow.
