🌌 Episode 6 – The Shadow Behind the Shadows

277 Words
Inside the golden Chakravyuh, Kaalraith screamed. The walls of illusion twisted tighter, pulling him into an endless maze of divine energy. Aarav stood firm, Bhagavad Gita in hand, his heart glowing with Krishna’s wisdom. But shadows are patient. Kaalraith closed his eyes, whispering a chant not heard since the dawn of time. His body dissolved into black smoke, slipping through cracks of reality itself. The Chakravyuh trembled, and before Aarav could react—Kaalraith vanished. Silence filled the temple. Aarav’s triumph felt hollow. Then, the ground shook. Outside the temple, darkness spread across the mountains like an ocean of ink. From within that abyss, a deeper voice thundered—colder, older, and far more terrifying than Kaalraith’s. “So… my servant has failed.” A colossal shadow began to rise, blotting out the stars. Its form had no end—horns twisting into infinity, eyes burning like dying suns, and wings made of pure void. The air itself froze. Aarav’s knees buckled under the pressure. “Who… who are you?” he whispered. The being’s laughter was like a thousand storms. “I am Vantorak, Devourer of Light. Kaalraith was but my hand… I am the darkness that births darkness.” Aarav gripped the Gita tighter, summoning courage. Lord Krishna’s voice echoed in his mind: “Even the deepest night fears the smallest flame. Stand, Aarav.” But Vantorak’s shadow stretched far, corrupting trees, rivers, even the sky itself. This was no longer just a fight… this was a war for creation itself. And far above, unseen by Aarav, Lord Vishnu watched from the cosmic ocean, his Sudarshan Chakra glowing faintly. The true battle had only begun.
