Episode 2 – The First Vision

Aarav could barely sleep that night. His body still glowed faintly, like a dying ember of a cosmic fire. Every time he closed his eyes, he saw galaxies spiraling, stars exploding, and a whisper echoing in his head: “You are chosen… Guardian of the Anant Shakti.” Unable to bear the chaos inside, he climbed to the rooftop at midnight and sat under the stars. His heartbeat slowed… and slowly, his mind slipped into a strange trance. Suddenly, the world around him dissolved. The town, the rooftops, even the Earth itself vanished. Aarav was now floating in an endless ocean of light. In the distance, a mountain rose higher than the skies — Mount Kailash, glowing like silver under a thousand suns. At its peak sat a figure, silent and radiant, wrapped in tiger skin, his eyes closed in meditation. A Trishul glowed beside him, and the crescent moon shone on his matted hair. His presence was so vast that even galaxies seemed small before him. Aarav trembled. He knew who it was. Lord Shiva. Shiva opened his eyes — two flames of infinite calm and destruction. His voice echoed across the cosmos: “Child… do not fear the fire inside you. What you carry is older than time itself. It is Anant Shakti — born from Brahma, Vishnu, and Me. You are its Guardian.” Aarav fell to his knees. “But… I am just a boy. I don’t even know how to use it. Why me?” The air grew heavy as Shiva rose. Behind him, a thousand universes flickered and vanished. “Because only the innocent heart can bear the weight of creation and destruction. Power without ego… is the true balance.” Before Aarav could speak again, another vision formed. A deep blue ocean stretched before him. Upon its waves stood Lord Vishnu, holding the Sudarshan Chakra, his eyes calm yet filled with infinite wisdom. Vishnu spoke gently: “Remember this, Aarav — strength is nothing without balance. To protect, you must first learn control. Sudarshan cuts not with anger, but with clarity.” As the gods’ voices faded, the cosmic light collapsed. Aarav gasped and opened his eyes — he was back on the rooftop, trembling with sweat. The stars above him seemed different now. Alive. Watching. Aarav whispered, “Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh… if you have chosen me, then I will not run. But… how do I fight an enemy I cannot see?” Far away, in the void of another galaxy, Zyron’s laughter shook the darkness. The hunt had already begun.
