After breakfast, Vincent, Corrine, Margaret, and the girls prepared themselves to go and pay their last respects to Vincent’s father in the family burial tomb. The journey was only a short one, so being such a bright, sunny day, they decided to walk to the tomb. The crisp autumn leaves crunched loudly beneath their feet as they all made their way along the path. Jasper, and two of the younger servants, accompanied them on their way.
