Kai interrupted his thoughts, stepping forward with a file. "Sir, this is the proposal that Louise mentioned during the meeting," he informed him, placing the documents on the desk in front of Marcel.
Marcel nodded, still slightly distracted, though more present than he had been during the meeting. "Just leave it here. I'll take a look later," he instructed, waving his hand dismissively. Kai, used to Marcel's moments of distraction, simply nodded and stepped back without a word.
