“...Yes” she answered after a brief hesitation. He and Isis had been on the same team when they had first arrived on earth, but they had then been separated and were to go to different parts of earth. She had gone to what is now known as Africa and he had been the one to wander around from different parts of the world to the other, linking their teams with the multitude of others doing the same thing as them. He had gotten the feeling that something had happened to her there, but she never spoke of it and despite how close they were, they weren’t close enough for him to stick his nose into her personal business.
