He hadn’t meant to interfere

“ADAD!!” a voice that sounded like the clap of thunder boomed from upstairs. All of the occupants of the manor winced because they knew what was coming. They’d born witness to it on many reoccurring occasions. The ethereal lady with long white hair was sat in a sofa in the old looking living room that they had no intension of redoing sipping daintily from a delicate looking cup and sighed when she heard the shout. Why did it have to be her who was stuck with these buffoons who couldn't respect themselves? “Isis, aren’t you going to do anything. I don’t think that the house can take them fighting in it” the beautiful Egyptian Mal that was sitting on an old looking sofa opposite the white hair woman said as it morphed into a beautifully tanned woman with long black hair. “Bast, I am not their mother. If they wish to destroy the house, then they may. As long they are prepared to repair it when they’re done” as if on cue, an explosion shook the house as a power surge killed all the lights in the house. It was a good thing that it was already day time, then again everyone who lived there could see very clearly in the dark. “f*****g hell, Charon. Watch it! The freaking coffee machine just blew, you little shits!!” Adrestia bellowed from the kitchen. The girl was a glutton for coffee and would kill anything that came between her and her coffee. As if on cue, the ceiling in the living room caved in. Isis and Bast discreetly moved out of the way as a body came slamming into the ground, followed swiftly by another although this one landed on his feet while the other landed painfully on his back. Just as swiftly, they were jumping around the room, breaking things and landing punches. By now, the other three occupants of the house were watching them. Some looked on with amusement, some in wonder and one particularly fuming. Nobody dared to interfere whenever they started fighting. It could go on for days. Still, Isis knew that someone would interfere very soon, the only person, the both of them feared with a passion. The corner of her lips tilted up a little as she picked up the vibrations of the last and final resident of the manor as she started to materialize. She appeared right in the middle of the two fighting men as an invisible forced stopped the both of them in their tracks and proceeded to slam them both into opposite walls. “Bia, it’s nice to see, you. What’s it been like two months?” Isis greeted as if the living room wasn’t in ruins and there weren’t two indentations in the walls in the form of two human bodies. “Ah, Isis, it’s been a while. Yeah but I managed to find the little runt we’re looking for. What about your end?” she asked as she picked her way through the rubble. Her short dark and wavy hair swinging behind her as her hips swayed slowly. She was dressed like a warrior, decked out all in black leather, with an expensive looking long leather jacket trialling behind her. “fine. Bast is watching over him and the process has begun. We have to be careful with him. he’s completely locked in so we can’t perfectly identify him but he belongs to Charon” Isis answered, returning to her cup to tea. “Well, let’s hope that everything goes as she saw because she’s being a b***h and keeping her mouth shut” Bia replied with a hint of venom in her tone as she disappeared with a flash of light, the pressure of it nearly crushing the breath out of everyone present.   Charon was the first to come to and therefore he was tasked with repairing the manor. He grudgingly agreed because it doesn’t really take anything from him. Just a lot of energy that really wasn’t at his disposal after his fight with Adad and Bia’s interference. With a sigh, he reconstructed the roof and reattached them, making sure that it was exactly the way it was before he gave the dead electricity a kick start and he smiled as he heard Adrestia’s hoot of joy when the coffee machine started working again.  When he was done, he didn't bother with the stairs just dematerialized and reappeared in his room.  He smiled at the soothing, teal decor that he redid last night to look exactly like Logan’s. His smile got even wider when he remembered how he had carried his passed out form out of the shower and tucked him in. The way he nuzzled into his neck and mumbled for him to stay. The smiled remained playing on his lips as he let his memory run rampant.  He recognised the fact it was probably damaging to be entering his reality as he was but he had been curious. When they had parted ways the night before, he did not expect that the attachment would be enough for him to get echoes of Logan’s emotions yet. So, when a slight sense of panic and intense arousal started to trickle into his conscious mind, his interest was piqued. He hadn’t meant to interfere, he’d just wanted to observe how the beginning of the process affected and manifested to him. But he had been met with a sight that had been impossible for him to ignore.
