I could still feel that some of our clans, and race of werewolves were still alive, this was another power intact, I could feel it if someone was a werewolf, whether or not they were from our race of werewolves.

Simeon and I stayed till Dawn according to him, he was waiting for a special performance performed by some groups of dancers. I was hungry and somewhat weak, I guess it's because I hadn't had fresh raw meat, I couldn't help but yearn for the fresh meats at the market, and I prayed I didn't die of starvation.

“Why are you staring at the meat? Are you hungry monster” He blurted out shoving his hands in his pocket..

“Did you just call me a monster?”.

“Of course, that's what you are”.

“Then that's so mean of you”.

“ I would like to give you a warning, don't you dare hurt my mom”.

“I wouldn't even dare hurt her, she's the kindest hum…… I mean she's the kindest person I've ever seen”.

“Werewolves are monsters they killed my dad right in front of me, but Mom never believed werewolves were real, she thought it was just ordinary animals”.

“That was terrible”.

“I won't stop till I and my team wipe every werewolf from the earth”.

“ You are a werewolf Hunter?” I asked nervously.

“Do I need to answer that? It's clear I am” He said frowning moving forward to watch the dance performance, I could see why he waited for the dance performance, he was staring at a beautiful young lady who was dancing charmly, the purple gown looked so great on her, I guess they were lovers.

I could still feel the sensation, looking ahead, looking ahead, I saw Cherry my childhood friend in the woods, I thought I was the only she-wolf left, which meant there might be others, that would be wonderful. Cherry looked elegant in her gown much better than Simeon's lover, werewolves beauty was always outstanding in comparison to humans, we were exceptionally made.

“I think we've had enough for today let's go home, Mom would be very worried now,” Simeon said from behind.

“Now?”.

“Of course, do you have any reasons for staying back?” He asked harshly.

“Not really” I lied looking behind they were still performing, I needed to speak to her, I had missed her during the years, to know more things, because I never really knew exactly what happened to our entire race, my uncle only told me they were all dead.

I couldn't concentrate on anything, I needed to find a way, Simeon was my only hope, I was sure he could help me get to Cherry, looking across the table he was focused on his cellphone smiling sheepishly a smile and childishness I had never seen in him before, I guess he's connecting with his lover, it's true when they said Guys act childish when they are truly in love with a lady, they could go to any miles.

“Simeon” I called softly.

“What is it?”He didn't even bother to look at me, his head was all buried in what he was doing.

“Can I ask for a favor?”.

“Favor, I see, spill it out,” He said impatiently.

“ I would like to see a friend of mine, I saw her at the market yesterday, she was among the dancers, but couldn't have a chance to speak with her”.

“Really? So how do you want me to help you?” He asked nonchalantly.

“ I noticed you had a special liking for one of the dancers, I know you could talk to her about it”.

“ You are Keen, all right then “

We walked for hours trying to get the address provided by Simeon's lover, walking recklessly, Simeon fell into a hole, it was a trap, this was a trap set by our race of werewolves, trapping anyone who tries to invade our home, that means her house is around here.

“Am stuck here” Simeon yelled.

“Am coming to hold on”.

“You were supposed to be the one here, so just be happy I took your place Sproutinging nonsense, he can be so annoying.

“Take my hand”.

“Your hand?”. He scoffed.

I thought he called me a monster, or was he just suspecting me? If knew I was a monster, he would have captured me himself.

“Take my hand or you remain there while I continue my journey”.

“You vile woman, let's see what strength you got,” He said stretching his hands, I took his hand and pulled him in a second, but he was dazzled.

“Gariel you are a monster,” He said with dark eyes, and I kind of felt scared for the second time, werewolves were fearless, so why would I be scared of a human, I guess that power was taken by my uncle.

“You can't prove it, Simeon, I have always had strong physical strength since I was a child”.

I found her, I was excited, she was outside her home watering roses that were planted outside of the home, they were so beautiful.

“Cherry” I called she turned to face me, but her expression was filled with shock, it was as if she had gone dumb for a minute.

“Gariel, is it you?”

“It's me, Cherry, I never thought we would ever see each other again”.

“Me too,” She said running to hug me.

“Who's he?” Cherry asked turning to face him.

“He's Simeon, am indebted to his mom and him as well for saving my life, it's a long story Cherry” With Simeon around we couldn't discuss, and Simeon eventually noticed the awkwardness.

“All right ladies, I would love you too to discuss I would hang around, am glad U brought cigarettes,” He said walking away.

“Let's go in and have some tea so we could talk”.

“Do you own this house?”.

“Not really but it's now mine, my human parents who saved my life and adopted me own this house but they passed away”.

“ I guess they were nice”.

“Yes Gabriel, on the night our home was invaded back in the woods, my parents led most of the younger children into the deep cave and made it invisible for the demons to invade, we couldn't save you since you were already captured by the demons”.

“Do you mean some of our clans were still alive including your parents”.

“My parents aren't alive but our other friends are alive?”.

“Where are they?”.

“They are still in the cave”

“What do you mean still in the cave, that's unbelievable”.

“Yeah I know it sounds so unreal, but they are still there strong and alive, my parents decided to stay back to protect our home, but they couldn't make it they were killed with the others, but they had the power to make it invisible, I had tried for years to but I failed, since I was the only one who had the power to leave the cave, I decided to care for them and fed for them”.

“How many of them?”.

“Five of them, Vanessa, Michael, Philip, Anna, and Luke”.

“Luke is still alive”.

“Yes, he's the strongest of them all, he said he was going to wait for you no matter what, Vanessa wants him but he objects, Anna and Michael, is expecting a baby”.

“Am not surprised though they've been locked in there for years, they've been childhood sweethearts”.
