The Only Logical Thing When Your Wolf Submits

I stood up shocked with my mouth agape. 'Go to mate now!' Lavette yells in my head.

"London, unzip me," I tell my brother. he gets up and I turn around so he can unzip my dress. I kick off my heels and begin walking down the stairs. When I am about ten stairs to the bottom I let my dress fall and step out of it. My heart is racing five steps to go, I jump and shift midair. one minute there I was in the nude the next I am a 6'5" midnight black wolf.

London steps back onto the stage and calls for everyone's attention. "As you all know it is now time for the ritual to see if this wolf can make my sisters wolf submit. Now to explain how this ritual works....." he trails off as some one comes up and whisper something in his ear.

"Sorry about that, it turns out this wolf's name is Lukis James White," his last name caused my brother to chuckle.

I roll my eyes at him in wolf form and mind link him 'ha, ha, very funny. I am Black and he is White polar opposites. Get on with it.'

"Anyway, how this ritual works is both your human forms will basically take a back seat and your wolves will take over. your wolves will both attempt to make the other submit," he finishes explaining and jumps off the stage and goes back to the view platform.

'Don't you dare make this easy for him!' I tell Lavette before I become quiet.

'Fine stubborn human,' she growls at me.

*Lavette's POV*

'Don't you dare make this easy for him!' Artemis tells me and then she becomes quite but I know she is watching everything that is happening through my eyes.

'Fine stubborn human,' I growled at her. I figured she thought I was going to submit willingly. FAT CHANCE he has to work for this.

We are now circling each other and he is growling at me which is becoming quite annoying so I sit down and scratch my ear with my hind leg.

He takes this opportunity to lunge at me I quickly roll out of the way and sit back down. He turns and looks at me puzzled. I have a big wolfish grin on my face.

He lunges at again and nearly manages to tackle me, I growled and bared my fangs. I attempt to jump on his back he dodges me and spins around and tackles me before I can get out of the way. He pins me down and I growled at him to let me up. His teeth go around my neck and I whimper I know I won't be able to get out of his hold now so I submit. He let's go and licks my muzzle.

I began to feel Artemis take over I try to fight it the ritual is not done I want to mate with my mate. 'No it's not over. Let me mate with my mate!' I yell at her.

'No I won't be bound to him, NO!' she screams back, and takes over and runs.

*Artemis POV*

I knew it was over the moment my wolf submitted to him. This man is his son I know it. The man who took my Mother form me. I began to take over I won't let Lavette mate with him.

'No, it's not over. Let me mate with my mate!' Lavette yells.

'No I won't be bound to him, NO!' I scream back. My sheer will allows me to take over. I look at him and did the only logical thing I ran grabbing my clothes in my mouth I ran as fast and as hard as I could.

*Lukis POV*

I heard the elevator ding and knew she had arrived I had visited her earlier that morning. And God she was stunning I couldn't smell her though because of that woman's cheap perfume. She was necked when I came in to the bathroom. The image of her still playing in my mind. Long golden legs kissed my the sun deep blue eyes black wavy hair that fell just below her shoulders.

I am drawn out of my thoughts when she begins to speak. I inhale her scent strawberries, Cinnamon and freshly fallen snow.

'Mate,' my wolf Rainer said.

'It looks like she will be in my bed after all.'

'We have to make her submit first,' Rainer said.

I began concentrating on what she was saying. "Thank you all for coming," she began. "Now I know some of you have come for power, while others just a glimpse of me, and yet some have come to see if I am the mate they are waiting for, and lastly there are those who were forced to come by there parents. For whatever reason you are here fight with Honor and may the best wolf win."

Her brother takes the microphone from her and begin talking and explaining the rules. "As you all know this is a tournament to find out if any of you are my Sisters mate. But also to keep peace between all packs in North America. As we all know only the true mate of a Alpha female can make her submit and tame the beast inside her. At the end of this tournament my sister will come out to the ring in front of the winner in wolf form and fight the winner.As always it is first blood," he finishes. He takes her hand and leads her off the stage.

There are a total of 20 wolves including me most have already shifted when I shift in a fluid motion. My wolf form is a 6'11" black wolf with a with star on my left ear. I notice most wolves are pairing off so I help afew wolves to take down others and then turn on them until it is only a brown wolf with black spots and me.

We begin to circle each other when all of a sudden he lunges at me I dodge in the nick of time and bite down on his flank drawing blood. It's over. I look up and see her standing there she tells her brother to unzip her dress. I hear her kicking off her heels. I can hear her heart pounding when she is ten steps for the bottom she let's her dress fall to the floor. I want to growl at her for doing that but refrain.

'Mate must submit to us,' Rainer says.

Five steps form the bottom she jumps and shifts landing as a midnight black wolf she is beautiful.

Her brother comes on the stage and begans explaining the ritual. "As you all know it is now time for the ritual to see if this wolf can make my sisters wolf submit. Now to explain how this ritual works....." he trails off as some one comes up and whisper something in his ear.

I began to watch though Rainers eyes. he growls at her she seems annoyed but what puzzles me is her sitting down and scratching her ears. Rainer lunges at her but she dodges and sits back down. She has a wolfish grin on her almost like she is laughing. So Rainer lunges again and nearly manages to tackle her but misses she turns around and bares her fangs and lunges at him she almost lands on his back but he turns in the nick of time causing her to miss and it catches her off guard. He tackles her and clamps he muzzle around her neck and she submits.

He let's go and she gets up and runs grabbing her clothes in her mouth as she runs.
