Allow me to explain.
I just made him an offer he can't refuse.
Simply put, I made him a more than generous offer for 20% of the shares he holds.
It was at least 5 times the going rate but I had no doubt it would be worthwile in a couple years or so.
In order to further sweeten the deal , I included various separate conditions such as that I will fund the remodeling of the 'old' building into a 'global artists training center' and that M.S and DPH will form a sort of feeder network in which if an Idol trainee doesn't fit M.S's style but is still talented to risk him or her going to a rival company, DPH would invest in the trainee.
