“What?” I asked. I couldn’t have heard him correctly.
“Benson Walker escaped. They don’t know how. They’re checking security footage but it’s like he just… vanished.” Zyaire told me.
“When?!” I exclaimed.
“Sometime between yesterday and this morning.”
“f**k! What are we going to do? What are we going to tell Selah and Emelia and Skyler? Selah’s pregnant, she can’t handle this stress. And… Emelia is trying to get pregnant. She just came out of her heat cycle. What if she’s pregnant, too?!” I was full-on in panic mode.
“The good news is, as long as Selah doesn’t shift, he can’t find her. He doesn’t know where she is. He’ll probably go to Red Moon looking for them, but the pack lands were decimated. He’ll have no idea where they went, or even if they’re still alive
