Chapter begins
“What the f**k!” Miriam swore angrily.
Scarlet could see Miriam’s shoulders tense up as she watched the sword on the wall. She felt relieved with this new development. Maybe now she would not have to kill anyone. Maybe Jade would finally be free.
Miriam hissed and turned around to look at Scarlet’s relieved face. “Don’t you think that you are off the hook! I know who has done this. That bastard James! You wait here for me and trust me, this time when I return I will not be in the mood for a chit chat. You prepare yourself to give in. You will be fighting and you will be doing that soon.”
