“Princess, Where is Scarlet?” Lucas prodded Jade who was still standing facing Jono. He did not like the bloodsucker but the flamin’ galah had come back to this prison to help Lucas and Noah escape. He owed it to her.
“I don’t know!” Jade murmured. She turned around to look at Lucas. A frown graced her forehead making her look cute while she tried to remember.
Lucas shook his head. Now was not the time to drool over Jade's cuteness. The woman could look cute and appealing in the dumbest of attires. Even after being in captivity for almost a week she looked as fresh as daisy and smelled as inviting as ever.
“Okay. Let's get out of here. Meanwhile, try to recollect about Scarlet. We need to be quick.” He pulled Jade towards the entrance of the cave and Jono followed.
