John’s Confession to the Family

John brought Mr. and Mrs. Arden, Jette, Drew, and Candy to the old University, the EGP Academy. With amazement from the face of Jette and Candy, the care-taker took the bag of John and greeted him happily and with full respect. John led the way. He walked towards an area of the said school not visible to the eyes of the public. To their surprise, it has a way towards the house of John. Remember the hotel where there is a family portrait? It is adjacent to the said old university. To Jette’s surprise, John’s secret room is full of cctv-like giant televisions. The televisions are recording the movement of all the students of the said university. Remember the classroom which Jette and Candy have seen one time through a hole? That is a hidden area only for John’s eyes. Everybody is shocked with John’s home and school at the same time.

“I didn’t know you have all this,” said Candy.

“Mommy Candy, I’m sorry I have to keep this a secret because I thought once you know, or anyone of you, you will eventually die. It is because I didn’t read the book even if it is displayed in EGP Academy for so many years,” explained John.

“How come you now own this place?” asked Jette.

“This is my confession…

I am an extremely rich person now, right? But before, I used to be an ordinary person, a teacher in a school where Jette also was teaching. I then discovered I have a superpower when during one of my transformations, I concentrated on controlling it. I did it. Because I controlled my fear and anger reigned all over my system. I discovered that I can predict what will happen, what has happened, and what is happening in another part of the world.

Because of hate, I used all those powers to steal the trade secrets of all business tycoons in the world, and I became one of the youngest billionaires of the country. I became Mr. Timber of social media. Yes, because I need to trick the people from thinking differently about me, and my riches.

I bought the university from the family of Galleon because they do not have any idea of who I am. Remember, I am Mr. Timber not Mr. Arden. I created a world of secret university. There, clairvoyance is being taught from the very small detail to the big ones. I named it Timber Academy. I just kept it as a secret because I want to keep it a secret from you, my family. I don’t want you to know about my secret because you might die. But now, I am thankful that you are safe even if I share with you all the details about me.

So, 6 months from now, this abandoned-looking area will be filled with joy and life. I will give this to my niece, Crystal as a birthday gift. I will make this a movie house named after her. It will operate as soon as possible,” explained John.

“Really, Bro? You love Crystal so much,” said Jette.

“Yes, because she is a reminder of how wicked I used to be. You look exactly like you, Jette during the time that I bullied you a lot,” said John.

“Now, our problem is where to find Harry,” said Candy.

“I guess you need to meet our clairvoyant teachers here in Timber Academy,” said John.

John led the way towards the faculty room. They saw ten teachers working on their tables.

“Where is Mr. Osh?” asked John.

“I am here, Sir,” said Mr. Osh.

“Meet me at the office,” said John.

At his office:

“Mr. Osh, here is my family. We’re here because we want to know where a certain person is. He has been missing for a long period of time,” said John.

“It’s easy. I just need his or her name,” said Mr. Osh.

“His name is Harry Pernt,” said Mrs. Arden.

Mr. Osh closed his eyes, and remained seated for 1 hour. Everybody is just looking at him during the entire period that his eyes are closed.

“I now have an answer,” said Mr. Osh.

“Harry Pernt can be found at the St. Anthony Parish located at the South of the country,” added Mr. Osh.

Eventually, 1 day before Crystal’s birthday, she is still missing.

“They’re not looking for me,” said Crystal.

“No. Actually they love you Crystal,” said her friend.

“Your Mom called me yesterday to verify if you’re here, and I said yes. I also promised that I will take care of you as long as you’re staying here,” she added.

“What did she say?” asked Crystal.

“She said she’ll not bother you for a while because she’s going to be busy on her travel to Singapore,” said her friend.

“Allow me to borrow your car,” said Crystal.

“Why? You have a car, right?” asked her friend.

“Yeah, I know. But I need to disguise so that people who know me will not tell Mom where I am, I just need some space but I am not angry at them anymore,” said Crystal.

She decided to celebrate her birthday alone. She drove the city, and she rented a room inside the hotel where she stays. She just wants to spend some time alone during her birthday.

At the dining area of the hotel…

“Thanks, Ma’am, for the food,” she said to the waitress.

“Thanks for celebrating with me on my 18th birthday,” she added.

The waitress gave her a complementary cake saying “Happy Birthday” and they sang happy birthday song. At least for once, Crystal felt special. She turned her phone off so that no one will call her on her time alone.

Before 11:30 in the evening, she returned back to her room. She bought a bottle of champagne and she just looked at the windows gazing the beautiful city lights. Then while drinking some glasses of wine, she felt a bit nauseous and her head aches a bit. She thinks it’s the effect of the wine. She just sits down the bed, and decided to sleep before 12:00 in the morning strikes. But her heart beats fast this time. She feels a little nervous because it’s her first time to experience that kind of fear.

“Am I anxious? Is this depression? Why am I feeling this,” she keeps asking herself.

And then, she sees her hand with growing fur, and then she turned into a white furry dog. Her sense of smell is clear, her sense of hearing is likewise clear. Her mind is so clear, and she decides to face the mirror, she sees herself as a dog. For fear of being discovered by somebody, she decided to sleep inside the room until the broad daylight.

The next day, she woke up as a human and nude. She immediately put the robe on. She decided to call her family about it, trying to explain everything. Her Mom said, “I will fetch you there at the hotel, don’t leave there, huh.”

When her Mom arrived, she is with her Dad, and John.

“Mom, I don’t know why this happened to me yesterday night. I thought it is just a dream because I celebrated alone here. But when I woke up, I saw myself nude,” she explained.

“Yes, Darling. It’s all true. We are all cursed, starting from Mom’s grandpa,” said Jette.

“I’m sorry Mam for running away,” apologized Crystal.

“No worries, that’s the reason why I didn’t want to pursue with your party. I am afraid that you might transform with no knowledge at all. Anyone who can see your transformation will die, that’s why I know your decision of running away is a right decision of yours,” said her Mom.

“I know what to do, Crystal,” said John.

“Uncle, I don’t want this to happen again,” said Crystal.

“It will not happen to you again because this happens to you only on your 18th birthday and it will be repeated on the next full moon,” explained John.

“How will this end, Uncle?” asked Crystal.

“We need to find Harry, and we already know where he is,” said John.

“I do not understand. Who is Harry? Why is this so weird? What is this all about?” asked Crystal.

“For now darling, you need to rest because I have prepared something exciting for you, it’s your birthday, right?” said Jette.

Crystal took a bath, and they celebrated her birthday. Because they know that this is not going to happen most often to Crystal, they decided to pursue with the party.

John took all the effort in contacting all her friends, a huge party was organized. It does not look like it is rushed at all.

The motif is baby pink and the cake is of human size.

At the car, Crystal asked Jette, “Mom, where are we going? You have already bought me all the things I need and I want for my birthday, and I’m so excited to wear these dresses.”

“It’s alright, we’re going to meet with my friend in this hotel, and she wants us to dress a little formal,” said Jette.

“We don’t have make-up kits here,” said Crystal.

“Well, I believe in natural beauty baby girl, and besides, you’re the most beautiful girl I have ever seen,” said Jette.

They both laughed at each other, and they proceeded to their room to dress up.

“Mom, this friend of yours has a very amazing life,” said Crystal.

“Yes, this party is so special and it’s as if this is your celebration because it happens on your birthday,” said Jette.

They both laughed.

When the gate opened, everybody sings “happy birthday” and Crystal is still clueless, until she saw her friends. She now realizes that it’s a surprise!

“Wow!!! Mom!!! Thanks a lot for this,” said Crystal.

Everybody loves her this time, and her Mom is tearful because of how beautiful her daughter has become. Drew also was so handsome and Albert is now a handsome young man. They both escorted the young lady.

Jette is so happy and said that this used to be a dream, but now it is already happening. She could not thank God so much with all these things that are happening. God loves her so much, she told it to herself.

The party is attended by all of her friends, dressed in baby pink and all is beautiful and happy. John gave her the best gift ever. John loves her niece so much.

“Ladies and gentlemen, lend me your ears,” he announced.

“I am now going to give Crystal a gift that will surely put a smile to her face,” said John.

“What is it, Uncle?” said Crystal.

“You have to close your eyes first, let me put a blindfold on you first,” said John.

Then John announced, “Years ago, I have no one with. I did not have a beautiful young niece like her, so I promised myself that if ever I will be given the chance to have a beautiful niece, I will give her the best gift a girl would ever wish for on her 18th birthday.”

Playing on the video, John signed a contract of sale of the hotel they are celebrating the birthday of Crystal in. Yes, the hotel will be given by John to Crystal as a gift on her 18th birthday.

“You may open your eyes,” said John.

“Wow!!! Uncle, thank you very much!” said Crystal.

“Not only that darling, I still have one more gift to you, but you will know it after 6 months. Your Mom and Dad know about it,” said John.

“Thanks a lot for the gifts you gave and you will give, Uncle. I don’t know what I did right to be given with such a loving and generous Uncle like you,” said Crystal.

“Nothing baby girl, I just love you so much, that is why,” said John.

And the party continues… Everybody is happy for Crystal and everybody smiles happily.
