"I don’t want to taste it. I am hungry. My food was supposed to be ready ages ago." Maxwell complained, grasping the hand of the maid. She felt awkward as he held her hand and moved the spoon closer to his mouth. "You don’t need to taste it anymore. I am sorry for not preparing your food earlier. We were short of gas when I came to work this morning." She said through clenched teeth, avoiding his gaze. Her heart was rising as he was close to her. Maxwell wanted to take a sip when he heard the noise of someone falling. "Ahh!" he heard someone’s voice and quickly let go of her hand, running out of the kitchen. He looked around the living room but saw no one, and the security guards at his door had all left, including his assistant, who had been gone for a long time to chase away a girl.
