"Who was that on the phone?" Maxwell inquired, staring at Summer. She took her bag from the table.
"It’s my sister, I have to go home now." Summer said with a smile.
"Ya don’t have to go home yet, our date is not over. Ya can follow me to my house," Maxwell declared. Summer glared at him.
"What am I going to do at his house?" she thought, giving him a suspicious look.
"That will be another day. I really have to go. I’m sorry bye!" Summer said and started running out of the restaurant. Maxwell watched her go and slammed his hand on the table in frustration.
