Scarlett had told him to leave, and he did, but only her office. He knew that David would be on the hunt tonight and Scar could be his next target. He had just run off one of his family members from her house the night before, but Scarlett tried to lock David away. His head was sort of scattered after that kiss in her office. She didn't seem like she hated it, but she also wasn't exactly happy about it either. What was he thinking, getting close to her like this? He was putting everything at risk. Her, her life, his life, his ability to hunt. If he kept getting close to her like this he wouldn't want to leave and the only thing keeping other hunters off his back was the fact that he was a monster hunter himself.
