The piles of paper atop of the King’s desk did nothing to stop me from worrying over Xavier and Amethyst. The last two days they’ve been gone felt like an entire month, due to the block in not only the mate link but also the pack link, we still haven’t heard a word from them. But Liam did assure us, mostly me, having travelled with the Drunians to here, that we should receive word from them today.
Most of this paperwork were handwritten, we didn’t have the luxury nor want the things that humans invented as a way to make life easier, like those techs and gadgets that they just can’t seem to live without. We were an old-fashioned society and that was how we wanted it.
