"What?!" I yelled, my voice echoing around the whole room. The music in the room stopped and I grabbed Mason's beta by the scruff of his neck, pulling at it. "Where is he? Where is he?!"
"The garden," He pulled out of my hold and I raced towards the side door that led to the garden, not even waiting for him to lead the way. Nothing. Nothing at all mattered at this moment. All I wanted was to get to my son. Just before I pulled the door open, I heard the beta reassuring everyone that everything was fine, telling them to go back to their party. He turned and began to race after me. He caught the door before it swung close, finally catching up with me and keeping the same pace.
