 CHAPTER SEVEN 

the letter 

'' doesn't it means burden?'' 

'' well yeah they called them varos for some reason they eat the farmers plant so maybe thats why '' 

'' that so mean i dont think they're burden if they give them food they woudln't be stealing if they did right?'' 

''Eudaimonia you got some point but do you think they will feed them could they do anything?'' 

'' yeah you're right what do you want to do with this little cute creature ?'' she asked caressing the baby varos 

'' Hmm maybe we should keep it'' 

'' i cant keep them in my house sure mom will scold me '' 

''i can kaye please get this thing '' he said as his butler trying to catch every varos and put the in the cage

'' by the way have you eaten?'' he asked 

'' hmm? i was about to, i lost my appetite you  know but im hungry again '' she giggle 

'' silly you can have dinner with us '' he said  She nodded like a kid finally kaye his butler finally catch the very last one varos but the other one jump off the cage and she need to catch it again .they arrived in his house 

'' Yasuo darling why you didn't- a girl?! finally my baby boy is finally having a girl-'' he cut his mom off 

''mom stop she's my friend '' he said 

'' hi my name is Eudaimonia nice meeting you ms?'' 

'' Ms Takizaki im very glad that my boy have finally brought a girl i our mansion for the first time '' she shakes eudaimonia's hand 

'' what's happening here? '' his dad walked down to the stairs

''uh good evening sir im Yasuo's friend '' she bowed her head 

'' what a polite lady we have here its nice meeting you could it be you're a part of a ricard too?'' 

'' uh yes i guess are you his father?'' she asked 

'' you guessed right I'm Mister takizaki but call me touma instead '' he said 

'' yes sir!'' he chuckled while caressing her hair . they are now eating dinner 

'' eat more im glad you liked the food '' his mom smiled 

''yes!'' she said muffled be cause she was chewing 

'' dont talk  while you have food in your mouth its nt necessary for a lady like you '' he said wiping the crumbs on her face 

'' hey honey '' ms takizaki poked touma's side 

'' hmm?'' he hummed and looked at her 

''  look at them '' she pointed at yasuo's direction where he was the one taking care of Eudaimonia 

''huh?''

''they look like us they remind me of us in old days how we met '' she said 

'' yeah you even have a same personality like hers '' he said 

'' i missed the old days'' she said they finished eating dinner now its time for Eudaimonia to go back home Yasuo Accompany her on the way home 

''take care on your way home yasuo " she smiled at him he just hummed and waved good bye sometimes he can be cold so its not obvious that there was a feelings for her 

'' im home!'' he  yelled 

'' welcome back home darling how it went?'' he sit next to his mom in the couch 

''she arrived home safe mom , where's dad ?'' he asked 

'' hmm upstairs sleeping'' she replied to his question

'' ah its that so you should rest too now mom'' he said

'' haaa? im not sleepy yet '' she answered 

''you should sleep its not good for your health '' he was always caring but he dont usually show it from everyone he only show his affection to his loved once so its lucky for someone to marry him 

'' hey you should be less cold to eudaimonia '' she said 

'' ha? what cold she said she's used to me being cold towards her '' he said

'' stop acting cold towards people you loved just because you are scared if they knew you loved them plus eudiamonia shouldn't be treated like that be gently at her girls heart are way too soft so you need be nice towards her okay ?'' she said

''then what should i do ?'' he ask 

'' hmm well try giving her gifts '' she said 

'' what a waste '' he rolled his eyes 

'' why did you even ask for mom's advise if you think its a waste anyway '' his sister walked in .Calliope is his older sister she was studying from a far so she can full fill her dream that she always wanted since she was a kid 

'' ha? why are you even jumping in our conversation you dont know what are  we  talking about '' some times he can be so childish 

'' you can just tell me so i can help you and give you advise since im your big sister thats is why am born '' she said with her hands in her hips 

'' nevermind im going to bed ''he went upstair and go to bed 

'' whats his problem ? he never change '' she scoffs 

''and you are too both of you never did '' her mom chuckled  . Eudaimonia just finished taking a shower she went to bed after that 

'' tomorrow is ball it'll be boring isn't it ?'' she said before closing her eyes .she woke up by the loud noises she heard a knock from her door she get out f the bed and walks tothe door to open it 

''Eudaimonia you're finally awake its a big day today! maids please hurry give her a make over '' she said 

'' eh?'' her face expression says What the hell is going on here ? they put some natural make up on her she wasnt used to this someone knocked at her door 

''uh hello?'' she said 

'' can i come in ms eudaimonia ?'' she asked its her butler yago 

'' of course '' she walked in with a long big box with her 

'' whats that ?'' she asked 

'' someone send this to you it has no name we dont know who sent this '' yago said her thoughts started going wild ' ohh what if someone is a murder and want to kill me so i cant stop Aizel's death ooohhh  damn that'll be tragic ' ' or what about if i open this a knife will jump out of this box and i end up dead ooooooohhhh what a  stupid way to die 'her thoughts was cut off by yago's voice that was calling her 

'' Miss Eudaimonia are you listening are you zoning out again ?'' yago look at her with expression saying 

' everything good ma'am ?'

'' ah y- yeah i was just spacing out cause i just woke up you know by the way what are you saying ?'' Yago chuckled 

'' I said how about we open this ?'' she said they started opening the box and see a blue gown it has a very unique design there was a letter inside  it says

                              i heard my mom and brother was talking about you my brother never felt this way i could help him cause i was studying away from him so i never know whats happening about him but im glad that he was feeling inlove once again please show him the light he was in the darkness for a long time thank you for showing him the light So i decide to give you this actually this was supposed to be gift for him but it was from me just pretend it was from me '.lets meet later see you at the ball'

'' do you know a person named calli?'' 

'' i dont think so but i think i should wear this '' 

'' w-why miss Eudaimonia  dont you like the dress that your brother bought you?'' yago asked 

'' ha? no cause she said see you later at the ball so she will be in the ball for sure '' she said 

'' well you got some point '' she said they get back at giving eudaimonia a make over they finally finished and were about to go 

'' Eudaimonia quick go '' keith said offering a hand at her 

'' You guys can go there first i think i need to use a bath room for very long time ''she was holding her stomach 

'' eh you can use the bath room there'' her mom said 

'' im not used using a public bathroom so yeah byee '' she run back inside the house 

''Eudaimonia ! this girl Eudai- '' their mom hold him back 

'' Mister please go!'' their mom yelled 

'' M-mom ?!'' 

'' shhh let her be '' their mom know that she was anxious that she need to go in the bathroom keith sighs and sit back . every one is already in the ball except Eudaimonia 

'' im really getting worried mom '' keith said 

'' shh keith calm your a*s down just relax im sure she is okay '' she said and smiled . Eudaimonia finally getting the anxious feeling in her chest and managed to get out of the bathroom she opened the faucet and splash the water to her lips that is chapped she lifts her head up to see her reflection in mirror but she saw a unexpected guest at her back 

''well hey there '' she said she wasnt surprised at all she was just confused 

'' oh hey who're you?'' she asked 

'' you're not even surprised by the way i just want to warn you '' the unknown said 

'' ha? what the f**k are you saying ? i dont even know you" she look at her with her brows furrowed 

'' you eat dinner with me last night yet you dont know me? im cynthia ''

''Cynthia who?'' she walked out of the bath room while cynthia was left there with meh face expression 

and get put of the bathroom she was walking outside and some thing inexpected heppend she was slipped by the banana peel she landed to the bush she stand up and brush all the leavesthat sticked in her dress under that bush a letter caught her attention dshe picked it up and brush the dirt off 

'' what's this a love letter ?'' she asked her self
