CHAPTER FIVE

You were a pretty lady too

'' Don't worry about me Cynthia plus its my fault by the way thank you '' he smiled at her 

'' hmm No its no problem Keith , It now your fault at all'' she looked down

'' she's just ungrateful '' she added 

'' You should go back home now Cynthia its already dark Its not nice if they saw us together this late '' he said  she just nod .Keith just got back in castle 

'' Mom is she home ?'' their mom hummed 

'' but she wont open the door I am hearing noises from her room Earlier I don't know if its still going '' 

''when did she got back home ?'' 

'' few minutes ago '' she answered shortly  

''well is the dinner ready?'' her mom nodded '' i already try to convince her to eat no one answered ''

''Okay wait i'll try to convince her '' . he knocked to her door there was weird noises coming from inside her room but it stopped when he knocked 

'' Eudaimonia Dinner is ready '' no one answered he's getting worried  he try to break through the door 

he finally gave up he walk back at  the living room 

'' i told you i already try , let her be you know she's almost a teenager so let  her be '' her mom said . while Eudaimonia was talking with Mr Luci 

''come one Mr luci I want the prize for me instead of hers'' she said 

'' Miss Eudaimonia can you hear your self ? this is so not you i told you already that once you wished there's no way you can undo it '' he said 

''  Thats so unfair '' she pouts 

''Its not unfair f im saying was right Ms Eudaimonia '' Eudaimonia sighed couldn't do anything about it 

''I'm going now '' she was silent as she went to bed without eating dinner .

'' Good day Is Eudaimonia Awake ?'' Absinthe and Aizel walked in their house 

''She's still sle-'' Keith was cut off when Eudaimonia walked down the stairs 

'' Absinthe! Aizel'' she run to their direction and hugged Absinthe 

'' i thought you were sleeping ''

'' well I'm Awake now Bye bye '' she waved goodbye and drag them out 

''You're acting weird today '' Aizel frowned 

'' huh what weird?'' she asked 

'' you usually cling to your brother '' he said 

'' no i don't Btw where are we going today ??'' 

'' hmm how about Mr hernan's garden?'' Absinthe suggested 

''Oh h*ll nah You guys will  going to ruin the flowers  again '' he sighed 

''  Duh no , to Mr Hernan's Garden!'' they run on their way while Aizel was crying be cause he will be the one who's getting scold again .Keith was very pissed about how she acted 

'' Cynthia is here keith come here '' their mom yelled 

'' Hi'' Cynthia waved at him with a cute smile  he chuckled they have a breakfast together after that they Cynthia and him go to his library shop and read books 

'' oh By the way Keith how's you're little sister ?" she lift her head from the book and look at him he didnt answer and make the face 'You shouldn't have asked ' she chuckled 

'' just let her be for now Keith im sure everything will be okay soon, maybe its part of her phase she's a teenager so its normal '' 

''What phase ? both of you and my mom say the same thing ''

'' You're too attached with her you always worry about her all the time haven't you think about marrying someone?'' she take a sip of her orange juice 

'' But she's someone '' she was choked  to her drink 

'' A-are you okay ?" he asked 

'' Are you serious she's was your sister '' she looked at him with disgusted face 

''there's nothing wrong about it , and she's not my real sister i was her acting brother because her brother died years ago'' he said

'' whatever Keith but still '' she rolled her eyes

'' don't think that i was Against about your feelings for her im just saying is-'' she was cut off

'' Keith? Do you have books for Planting Vegetable?'' a browned hair girl walked in

''Huh? why do you need it ?" he asked with furrowed brow 

''hehe'' she make the face 'you know ~'

''silly you play in Mr hernan's garden again didn't you ?''

'' It was Aizel's fault '' Absinthe and Eudaimonia pointed at Aizel poor guy he  was already got scolded by his father and now getting accused 

'' im so done with you both '' he said the two chuckled 

''Here '' Keith hand them the book they need at Absinthe 

'' we're going now thank you '' absinthe said they were about to walked out of the door when keith called Eudaimonia 

'' Eudaimonia !'' she turned her head back where Keith was standing she hummed 

'' uh Are you still mad about it'' he asked he was so nervous

'' Huh? about what ? hmm ah no i understand that you're worried about your lil sis '' she said and smiled before leaving he was happy that she was not mad at him

''you look so happy'' cynthia said 

''h-huh? no thats not it '' Keith blushed while swaying his arms forward  denying that she was wrong about what she said she laughed its obvious that it was sarcastic. Eudaimonia and her friends finally finished from Mr hernan's punishment Aizel was left there doing still planting and re-planting cause they didn't did it right. the two of them was resting under the Big tree where they usually rest 

'' tomorrow is the ball right?''  '' i feel like i dont want to go '' she added 

'' hmm? why is there someone you don't want to see ? is it Aizel? i understand you i can just stay with you'' Absinthe suggested 

'' No its just i found Interacting with people i dont want to know is tiring like what's the point of it ?'' Absinthe chuckled from what she said 

''Silly miss Eudaimonia lets just say that Interacting  with them is not your thing'' 

'' yeah lets just say that '' Eudaimonia agreed from what she said . Aizel walked to them exhausted his body drop on Eudaimonia's lap and fall asleep ididn't even bother to have a little chitchat with them 

''Look at this Lazy jerk '' Absinthe Glared at the sleeping unconscious  Aizel they were silent for minutes  when Eudaimonia break the silence 

'' but still I'm going cause ill be dead if i don't '' she chuckled as Absinthe smiled by staring at her happy face without Eudaimonia noticing that she was staring she was almost but she quickly looked away before she get caught 

''Hmm?''

'' Uh btw i want to give this to you tomorrow but there's no point of giving you this tomorrow and making you wait  if i can give this to you right now '' Absinthe smiled with a light blush on her cheeks while handing a small elegant wood box 

''A gift for... me ?'' she asked and looked at Absinthe making sure that it was not mistaken she never receive gifts from anyone  barely for her mom to give her gifts either Keith

''mhm'' Absinthe hummed and nodded with a smile to prove her that it was not mistaken 

'' for me?.. are you sure i mean it not worth it to give me this Expensive thing '' she said still doubting 

''What are you saying Miss eudaimonia? you're Wealthier than our family why do you look so new at this ?you're daughter of a noble, your dad is not coming home but the wealth is still earning but the news   ''

'' wait am i?''

'' Yes you are Miss eudaimonia '' she said '' oh '' Eudaimonia make a face saying 'Wait I didn't know that  '

she opened it and see a two ribbon with long tails and a gem in the middle of the ribbon there's two pairs of the ribbon 

'' How did you know that i was going to wear blue in ball?'' she joked 

'' wait you are going to?'' Absinthe always believe on Eudaimonia's words 

'' of course not you always believe me '' Absinthe chuckled Awkwardly , Eudaimonia noticed a small fold paper laying inside of the wood box  she picked it up and read it just using her eyes after she reads it she clipped it to Absinthe's hair , absinthe was surprised from what she did 

'' why did you put it on me dont you like it ?'' Absinthe asked she was worried about 'Did she not like it ? does the design wasn't nice? i was the one who choose that design '  her thoughts  said 

'' Silly the letters says the design that was on the ribbon means 'for a pretty lady ' i clipped it on you cause you were a pretty lady '' Eudaimonia gave her a bright smile Absinthe's worries fades away when she heard that her eyes earlier was full of worries but it softened and a smiled draw into her lips she can feel the butterflies  going crazy in her stomach  she puts one two in eudaimonia 

'' you were a pretty lady too'' she said and smiled they both giggled they both decide that they were going to put this on for tomorrow's event 

''by the way we should prevent Aizel's death '' she said that be cause she trust Absinthe 

'' Prevent ? Aizel? death?'' Absinthe didn't understand a one thing from what she said 

'' yes He will get poisoned by the one he loves so we need to find him or her -'' she was cut off by Absinthe 

'' him?'' 

'' yeah cause we're not sure maybe he's gay '' she said

''well if ever he's gay sure  i am too ''she mumble 

'' hmm?''  '' oh nothing '' she was lucky Eudaimonia Didn't hear her 

'' but why do we save him?'' 

'' Why are you talking like that Absinthe of course he's our friend''

'' friend? yeah of course he's our friend '' There was part of her telling theres something's off about him . Eudaimonia fall asleep with Aizel still in her lap Absinthe always love watching her sleeping 

''Friend huh?...But i dont think he's our friend i doubt him''
