~AMARIS The silk sheets beneath my back felt like ice against my burning skin, yet the air in his room was thick, suffocating, and entirely charged with a heavy, primal current. I lay there with my legs spread apart, my breath trapped in my throat, my eyes locked onto the towering silhouette of Alpha Varg as he stood at the edge of the mattress.
